Xtreme Backyards offers customers retail hot tubs in addition to the accessories needed to maintain their hot tub. They have over 30 years of experience in the in the hot tub industry and offer several services including: refurbished hot tubs, above ground swimming pools, swim spas, gazebos, and barbecue islands.
Leads for Xtreme Backyards are primarily obtained through walk ins to their convenient location, as well as referrals, and inquiries made on their website. Once a customer has expressed interest in their product they can visit there location to view and obtain additional information on the product of their choice. Once the product has been chosen Tammy Maddox expressed that Xtreme Backyards will, "deliver and install" the spa of their choice. Additionally, "maintenance service is available." During the onsite interview Ms. Maddox was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Maddox expressed that they rarely receive complaints with their products because they, "work one on one with customers to resolve any issues to the best of their capabilities." Ms. Maddox expressed that this has led to a "98% satisfaction rating."
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Ms. Maddox expressed that there are two complaints on Ripoff Rippoff. The first complaint was from a competitor that wrote a fake review on one of their products. The second complaint was from a customer who purchased a refinished hot tub, "he had a warranty that did not include plumbing." He had a problem with the plumbing, and they tried to work with him but he still posted the complaint. Later he admitted that he did not read the Warranty. Xtreme Backyards is still willing to work with this customer, but he will not return their phone calls. In order to further assure future and current customers Xtreme Backyards has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Ms. Maddox expressed that they are, "now emphasizing what is not covered in their warranties."

The person who wrote the report isn't a customer we have on record. We don't know who they are, but we are fairly certain that it is the competition lying. There are no bad reports on BBB. Whoever wrote this isn't an actual customer, just someone who doesn't want to see us in business.
We were ripped off by this company years ago, they sold us a tub that had problems from the very beginning, and never honored the warranty or fixed the spa. We later found out that there were hundreds of people like us after reading the Better Business Bureau reports. We actually just gave this spa away because it hasn't worked since the first year we bought it.
This company has gone by several names in the past, and ripped off thousands of people! Do a search on Sensations Spas, Diamante Spas, and Relaxation Spas, those are just a few of the names they have used. Every time they change their name they file bankruptcy and leave their customers SOL.
