Xtreme Burn, LeanRx, Dream Smile Fraudulent charges to Credit Cards! Watch these SCAM ARTISTS!! Ripoff Henderson Nevada

Xtreme Burn, Henderson, NV and LeanTx, Henderson, NV and Dream Smile, CA are all scam artists and fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card. It started with Dream Smile for $14.95. They only provide an 800 #, 800-566-0959 which is a recorded message asking you to punch in your credit card number. You can not reach a live person. The message states you can email customer service at: cs@dreamsmileonline.net if you do not wish to enter your credit card info online. Then I recieved a $74.95 charge from LeanRx.net out of Henderson, NV. The 800 ph # on my credit card statement was 800-304-8447. I called and got the same message as Dream Smile. Couple days later I get hit for $69.95 by Xtreme Burn also out of Henderson, NV ph # 800-304-8447. Same message asking for my credit card.

My credit card company advised that I close my account immediately (they call it a Security Closure) and they transfer info to a new credit card number. They will send paperwork asking the cr card holder to circle and return to them an Afadavit profiling fraudulent charges. You must return it in order to have the fraudulent charges reversed. Their Security and Fraudulent Activity Department investigates based on the Afadavit. DO THIS!!!
