ok... so it started out when this guy Francisco would call me and try to get me to buy some mortgage leads off his company. He said that i could buy 3000 pieces for $3000! That sounds great cause the return he's talking about is 3-6% off this particular add campaign (I figured at worst case scenario 90 hits). This would have put me in a great position to fund a lot more loans. INSTEAD, I get 9 responses back!
So i ask you to do the math...less than 1% when I called to confront the issue, they proceeded to deny it and try to get me to commit MORE FUNDS to right the situation! After much frustration and heated telephone conversations. I STILL HAVE NONE OF MY MONEY... AND NO LEADS!!
This company and all its reps are deceitful and dishonest please beware of this unethical practice for future endeavors.

I have been doing business with this company for 3 years now. 1 bad apple 4 years ago is long, long gone. This post should be removed asap. Since then there are new rules and conduct codes, not to mention new owners.
