Yelp, is an unfair review site that screws the merchants and entrepreneurs online.
Although in the business and service industry that the customer is always right, but what about the clients that violate the terms and agreements contract and threaten the business owners if it isn't done to their liking that he or she is going to report that company to yelp based upon a one sided argument.
As a Roofer I have been blackmailed several of times and my reputation isn't where it should be thanks to their free to post attitude on their web service (Yelp.) I had a neighbor of a customer from Seattle calling me guns blazing, making homophobic remark at me that a third party roofing shingle delivery truck is making loud noises and blaming me for it.
My kid informs me that reputation can be manipulated on Yelp. Create 7 email accounts and register them to 7 different Yelp accounts and your company is rated top 10 within matter of minutes.
If I should be contact by an attorney I would love to join the list of angry business owners to cripple Yelp's reputation for their unfair practices on their review site.
