Not to be associated with the 100 year old YUM YUM ICE CREAM of North Carolina which is a store that sells ice cream.  YUM YUM Ice Cream of Mount Pleasant, SC is / was a truck / peddler / vending truck to sell ice cream or in theory to only sell ice cream to all ages in around the surrounding neighborhoods of Mount Pleasant. 

Fully licensed in Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, North Charleston and the City of Charleston.
Fully backed by the Mount Pleasant Police Department, North Charleston Police Department, and the City of Charleston as well as all law enforcement agencies of Charleston County.
100% ID Check, background check with State and Federal Law Agencies to do business as a Peddler the above cities and counties.

Yum Yum Ice Cream's email, website and other business related emails are all closed.  As well as phone numbers associated with the business.  There have been some postings on here relating other emails to the company and or to the owner but they are not Yum Yum Ice Cream business related emails or phone numbers. 

There are no legal complaints against the company and never have been nor at any time of it's operation in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Yum Yum Ice Cream: has been brought to our attention that someone has deliberately produced false light upon the owner of Yum Yum Ice Cream and his family.  Attacking the company's owner and providing photos of him and his wife online.  Then going on to produce false profiles in sex sites as well as other sites that have nothing to do with either of the family members associated with Yum Yum Ice Cream.  Yum Yum's legal team has all but eliminated the false profiles.  Due to the nature of the postings and the ongoing investigation we are not able to provide the name of the individual who is responsible for these postings.  However, it is clear to state that the legal team has a 100% positive ID on the suspect. 

The owner of Yum Yum Ice Cream or any of their associates have nothing to do with this other posting for Yum Yum Ice Cream.  The posting was suggested a connection with Yum Yum Ice Cream at the beginning of 2012 when in fact the company wasn't even in existence at that time. 

There is RipOff report about Yum Yum Ice Cream which involves many postings of information to see if people will respond about court documents and other non Yum Yum Ice Cream related issues.  

The posting on RipOff Report is false and non credible.  To only see someone posting out of a grudge or to deliberately cause harm to another person.  Which is punishable in a court of law.
Making a false statement about a company that doesn't even exist to
bring people to view it "as if" the company was in fact in business.

The suspect did in fact have a restraining order against him.  Thus when that was lifted it is when the series of comments, false profiles, false ripoff reports and other postings came about.  Clearly to see that only this person is at fault.   

In coordination with Yum Yum Ice Cream representative and in association with the Mount Pleasant, Police Department of South Carolina, the Charleston Court and Magistrates office of South Carolina, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Fraud Division, Policy Support, Twitter, Inc., and association with other legal teams have begun an investigation in regards of the other false posting which links personal information to other sites with personal pictures and other personal private information, such as addresses, phone numbers, personal pictures, place of work, place of business, personal website profiles, in violation of crossing state lines, impersonating, impersonation, false light, defamation of character, to cause harm, to cause mental anguish are all subject to imprisonment, fines, and other criminal offenses. 

Due to this nature all responsible individuals will be dealt with the strictest legal assertiveness available.

In good standing with all business related parties.
Any other comments on here or on other ripoff reports are false. 
If the comments are pertaining to the owner to be associated with other sites that is false.
If the comments are pertaining to the owner and his family members to be associated with other sites that is false.

Nothing from this point on will mean anything.  This posting is to allow all business related associates that the company has been sold.
