NEVER purchase any services from Yashua Financial or D'Anthony. I was manipulated to believe that he could provide me with a business loan or line-of-credit if I purchased an "Aged Shelf Corp" from him. He insisted that the older it is, the easier and faster it would be to obtain funding under the corporate name. I paid him $5000 for an 11 year old corporation. He transferred ownership to me through an email confirmation with the secretary of state. He couldn't even send my any hard copies of documents or corporate seal.
Before the purchase, D'Anthony stated that it would be easy to get up to $450K in funding and the rates would be between 4% and 8% on the lines-of-credit. The sooner I purchased, the sooner he would work on the funding. Shortly after the purchase, D'Anthony sent me a list of what he called "funders" for me to contact. So all of a sudden it became a do-it-yourself deal.
Of the contacts that he sent me, NOT ONE would provide funding under the corporation that he sent me. Many of them were willing to provide personal funding, but at absurd rates. I was quoted rates of 9% to 15% with an additional 10% to 30% in points/fees. Two of the funders even told me that the corporation that I purchased was worthless.
D'Anthony has refused to provide me with a refund or any funding like his website claims. His voicemail has always said "that the mailbox is full," which should have tipped me off from the start. He had no problem calling me or texting me several times a day BEFORE the purchase.
D'Anthony and Yashua Financial are real scammers so please don't give them any money or pay for any services that they offer. They will never provide the services as stated on their website. They did provide me with a useless shelf corp that isn't worth the paper that it's printed on yet alone $5000 (and that was a huge discount, so they claim!)

You got all paperwork and ownership as agreed... you also, gave us your CCT credit check total.com info to help you secure over $400,000 in approved funding in which you turned down for silly reasons and excuses, it is your greedy fault you turned down all the money we helped you get approved for with different underwriters.... you made over 5 people work long hours tiressly for you to get you approved funding, then you turned down all the money.
