I contacted yellow book usa customer service and said hey, there must be a mistake my bill shows $177 per month and it should only be around $100, the customer service agent looked up my contract and said it was acurate, so i had her email it to me, when examining it i noticed it was not my writing, it was so obviously not my penmanship, it blew me away.
I faxed in copies of my signature only to prove that no ones signiture is exactly the same everytime. It was so obvious though how someone paused when signing my name several times, you can see the dark points were they stopped and carfully tried to copy every detail in the signiture, it does not flow.
Customer service called me today to tell me that when comparing my signiture that i faxed to them they concluded that i did sign it, what a load of crap, they had some $8 an hour worker conclude that its my signature because it looks the same, gee i wonder is'nt a forged signature supposed to look like the real one. Anyway they did'nt get me, i caught it just in time, I don't have that particular credit card anymore so they have to rely on a check from me ,that they won't receive.
I dare them to pursue the matter, i won't even hire a lawyer. This is to simple of a case to win.

POSTED: Thursday, May 14, 2009They have some very crooked collection tactics, trust me. And if you anger their collections staff, they will send you off to their attorney. I think you might need to get yourself an attorney and contact your Attorney General's office. Also, don't agree to a post dated check. They almost always run them early.
