Yellow Book claims that I signed contracts to advertise with them and I don't even know this company Internet

I operate a small repair business and one day I get phone calls from a company called yellow book and they needed to speak to speak to the account holder of the business by the end of business today no later then 5:30 PM.  I then wrote the number down and called them to see what they needed from me and they asked for my business phone number and told them.  After the phone rep looked it up he told me I have an unpaid advertising account by over 6 months and that they are going to legally come after me for the unpaid account.  I never do any book advertising with anyone b/c of the internet and don't see the need to waste money and then told him that people always tell me they can't find my phone in the yellow book and I always tell them b/c I don't pay for that stuff, but he claims Im in the Pedmont region book and online and that they have a signed contract from me for these services. 

I never signed any contracts with this company and I only know the name from the yellow book that everyone gets every year and he tells me "Well why would we take the time to make an ad for you in the book and online" and I stopped him cold and said "why would my ad be in the pedmont book my service area is all of central virginia and everyone here gets the big richmond yellow book not pedmont" thenhe tells me what page to look at, but I cant b/c no one around this area gets the pedmont book and he siad he would send me a signed copy of this contract which h claims I signed with a local sales agent right in my own place of business which I know is a load of crap. 

I have waited weeks and have not recieved a signed copy of this contract, but they started sending me mail for the first time claiming leagal action aginst my business and they need unpaid account.  I called them back and they said they claim it was sent a week ago.  They have fraudulent information about me and my business and they put it online and print this information in books without my permission and then turns around and tell me I owe them money and have to pay them.  They are the biggest scam in the world and the fact that I never did any business with them and they act like I did and they will not back off.
