Yellow Pages Directory Carrolton TX Their statements and information do not show that hey are really National Yellow PAges Directory and do not update any web based searches. Carrolton, Texas

We have been receiving bills from teh Yellow Pages for over a year now. Because of the business title and logo, we thought they came from a division of the real Yellow PAges with which we legitimately have an acocunt. We have paid over $1,000. in for their marketing. We inquired with our legitimate representative about the amount of these bills. At this time several weeks ago, we learned that this is a service we have never seen the end product for or requested. In searching the "yellow Pages Directory" with the address, nothing populated.

Sevearl Yellow Pages did populate. Then I did a web based search through standard search engines. ! nothing there either. I decided to call and ask just what that money has gone toward. I was told that they are the "National Yellow Pages." These words are nowhere on their company billing or statement. I was informaed that they do not work though search engines, so I would not find our business there. I asked how on earth our clients would find us.  He informed me that he could direct me to the posting. Again, I asked how that would help my clients to find me. After looking at four pages of search engine results, there was still nothing.

He asked me how he could help me with the account. I told him that the account would from here on be considered closed, that we would not pay any remaining balances, and that we were requesting a refund.Of course he could not help me. I asked for a supervisor to which he replied he was all I would get. I told him that I would call back then. Sure enough five mintes larter, when I call, he answers the phone.

As of now, I have no resoultion with the account. I have filed complaints with the State of Texas Depart of Regulations and the Better Business Bureau. I hope none of you encounter this marketing group. They are good.
