Yellowstone seems to have made a practice of stealing ISO's clients. If you have small businesses funded through Yellowstone I highly recommend moving them away from Yellowstone and contacting the actual funding source and explaining the situation. Yellowstone does fund some deals directly  but for the most part they do pass applications to Rapid, Strategic, GBR, etc etc. We lost a high volume merchant renewal as well.

The industry has take great strides in cleaning up its reputation in the past few years but as long as companies like Yellowstone exist it will continued to be viewed as a risky product. If you are new to the industry I would suggest building your own direct relationship with some of the reputable funding sources and looking into syndicating deals when you have more experience. Working on building deep relationships will lead to greater profit in the end then the short term tactics that Yellowstone is willing to employ.
