Yelp INC. is by far one of the worst companies to ever pave it's way onto the internet. It's reviewers and the materials they submits are, in fact, censored and distributed in a manner which is completely dishonest and unfair to the businesses in which they pertain to. More specifically, if a business endorses and or pays Yelp for more featured advertising, then the business will have an higher rating that it otherwise would of had Yelp not filtered the negative reviews from the web-site. On the other hand, if a prominent business refuses to endorse and/or pay Yelp for featured advertising, positive reviews will seemingly vanish, essentially filtering several positive, and otherwise leaving negative reviews to remain which essentially will affect the business(es) customer base since several Yelp followers use the web-site so as to make informed purchasing decisions.

As a business owner and former reviewer of Yelp.com, I will tell anyone first hand that this company and the people who run it are about as dishonest as they come. The Yelp staff is prejudicial, racist, bias, manipulative, and simply show an outright disregard from any business or anyone who isn't in support of their dishonest, unethical and frankly, illegal operating standards which intentionally support reviewers who libel a business(es) on the web-site.

Yelp needs to be put out of business!!
