gifts sent in error to us Dec 22 called them - was told to reship them to california overnite they would credit
our card. overnite ship costs too prohibitive-shipped ground- advised YE they said thank you would credit the freight on our card and an extra $ 50. for inconvenience- 2-3 weeks for credit to be entered on credit
card. Called ,Jan 20th, Betty, a specialist, saw nothing entered on our account regarding the above @#$%&
