There are two addresses:

The address looks like an abandoned buiding. The other is a PO box.
They claim to sell service manuals for high tech equipment (HP, Tektronix, Gigatronics and similar)
Carla Morris will take your order, will reply once by email "It will be shipped today" which seems to never happen.
she will never answer the phone or give you an update on your order.
After several days you will notice that the order never shows up and if you pay by CC or debit cart then the money will be gone... it is not much usually but a rip off nonetheless.
If you pay by Paypal then you can claim your money after a few weeks of waiting.

-Sorry but YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

-Our experience tells us that you simply do not care about dealing with customers.

-This can be checked on the negative feedback comments on your ebay page.

-You will see that the most common complaint is that YOU NEVER REPLY TO CUSTOMERS INQUIRIES, EVEN AFTER A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME HAS GONE BY WITH NO SHIPPING NOTIFICATION.

-NO YOU DO NOT SHIP ON TIME, IT TAKES FOREVER FOR YOU TO SHIP SOMETHING.

-Your idea of reasonable time is "MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AND IT WAS SHIPPED AFTER WE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU".

-If you have a business, take care of it.

My name is Carla Morris and I am the owner of Your Manual Source. I have been in business for over 15 years and make customer service a priority.

All my paid orders are shipped as soon as possible as long as I have all the necessary information for shipping.

I urge anyone that has a problem with my company and its service to contact me immediately to resolve any issue that they might have. As I said, customer service is a priority and customers are the reason my business survives.

In reply to the current customer claim:

1. I have two address: a P.O. Box for all mail and a street address where packages and the inventory is housed. Mail cannot be received at the street address as this is a warehouse facility.

2. I try to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner and with specifics about their inquiries. On some occasions, I understand, that is not quick enough for some consumer.

3. All orders paid with PayPal will ship through the PayPal shipping system and a tracking number will reflect in the consumers PayPal account attached to their payment. As well as they receive notification from PayPal when an item is shipped.

4. If payment is made with a credit card, not through PayPal, then a tracking number will be emailed to the consumer at time of shipping.

5. If for some reason, on rare occasions, an order cannot be fulfilled then I will notify the consumer and offer a refund or an alternative solution.
