Your Store Online Ordered a fan a few weeks ago as the online display says "in stock". No final dollar amt after check out. Received order confirmation and UPS shipping notice. My acct was chrgd. I called them after 2 Ordered item 2 wks ago and charged and after was told it was backordered for 2-3 more wks. Internet
I stated that their item still shows "in stock" and they said that was incorrect and that they need to change it. I also cited that their written policy states that they will not charge your account until the item is in stock and ships. Subsequently, I've requested a refund.
