In summary:

Place order for cigarettes on 09Sep2011.  Followed up on 07Oct and reported order not received.  Was told to be patient, orders cannot be lost.

Further requests for update and response:

18Oct - shipment in compliance check at Ukrainian Postal Service.
19Oct - shipments will go out in couple of weeks
24Oct - please wait another 10-days
17Nov - shipments will be release in 48-hours, dispatched from Ukraine and delivered in 9-15 days
28Nov - advised that refunds are no longer offered but all orders should be sent in 7-10 days
19Dec - shipments released few days ago

As of 18Jan2012, shipment still not received.

your cigarette store

I can't believe there has not numerous complaints about this store.  I made 2 orders last summer (2011).   I still have have not received.  I have inquired to them numerous times since than.  Which I always get back inane excuses.  Also stupid reasons why they can't give you your money back.

Yet again I am told to wait another week.  The weeks
have turned to months, currently 6-months without resolution.  I request a
full refund, as I have no expectation that YourCigarettesStore will resolve
shipping issue.

Moreover, a compliant has been filed with
RipoffReport.com, an Internet based consumer advocacy group:

long as this issue remains unresolved.  This issue is not difficult or
