He got all my personal info to make it sound legit. He would take days to respond to emails or just not respond. Kept getting the run around, from Amex is working on it, it hasn't come in te mail yet, need to switch the spending limit, next billing cycle, assistant was sending it. You name it he kept the scam going so it would go out side the 45 days for PayPal to get the money back. I had to contact my cc company to dispute it. Don't let this happen to you it's a total scam he even says he will send you a pic of the card so don't believe the scam
