Mr. Monadjemi is a shark, a crook, insulting, and incompetent. We hired him to represent our company. We were running out of money and informed him immediately. He told us there was enough money to get through an upcoming hearing, so we had him keep working. But then he came back and said he miscalculated, that he had used up all the money, and would do no more work unless we paid him more. We asked over and over for an explanation of where the money went and he has refused to discuss it.
He called me an idiot, stupid, and insulted me constantly. I have filed a complaint with the bar against him.
Please read the reviews before you hire this guy. He will take your retainer than magically "miscalculate" how much money he has used up and want more. He holds the advantage here because he gets paid up front and feels as though he has no obligation to justify the hours he says he spent. You are completely at his mercy and he will take advantage of you!

Mr. O'Conner is not my client. 911EDA is my client, which is a company Mr. O'Conner works for. On or
about 11/14/2012, my offices was retained to represent 911EDA in a lawsuit in which 911EDA's former
lawyer was suing it and Mr. O'Conner for not paying attorney fees. This agreement was a hourly fee agreement
of 275.00 per hour, which was discounted from our standard 300.00 an hour. Our fee agreement states that
there must be at least 10 hours in the trust.
We have been diligently representing our client and unfortunately, the retainer has run out. We have asked for a new retainer and 911EDA has refused to submit a new retainer.
My client, through Mr. O'Conner has been threatening to place bad reviews about my office online if we do not keep working on this matter for free. I have advised my client that we do not work for free and a new retainer is owed. From the beginning Mr. O'Conner has been intimidating and attempting to force us to work for free.
Unfortunately, we cannot work for free.
Moreover as you willsee in the attached invoices we have provided our client a detailed explanation of what the retainer has been used for and in fact asked the client to let us know which items they needed clarification on.
They would not respond.
At this time there is a large outstanding balance owed my office by 911EDA.
As a result of the above, we have been forced to file a motion to be relieved as counsel in this matter due to the constant harassment by Mr. O'Conner. This hearing will be in May 2013.
We have been more than willing to help our client but we have been hit with a barrage of threatening emails by Mr. O'Conner in his effort to extort free legal work from us. Enough is enough.
