I Purchased the zaken quicksell liquidator system last year they did'nt tell me about the additional costs until I received the kit in the mail.

I tried continuosly to call the sales manager I was to contact in New York, but no reply for several months. I contacted Zaken in January of this year and I was faxed a letter stating that this employee deceived their comp. and he no longer was with them. I was to call a new person here in LA.

I called them back at the end of january and informed them that i wanted a full refund because I could'nt get a sales rep to help me for months, and that I would be mailing my money back guarantee to them.

I was told by the sales manager Joseph Ben that I would have to submit a product first before I could get my money retured to me.

I am writing another letter to Tiran Zaken today(7/30/2003).
