STATEMENT OF COMPLAINT
During the month of March 2008, two orders were placed for T-shirts from the following company Orders that would have NEVER been placed, had we known that this company was not ONLY Predatory, but has REFUSED for the past three months to refund the amounts that they took from my credit card, that was debited WITH THEM KNOWING that their MERCHANDISE was FAULTY, and NEVER RETURNED even though the United States Parcel Service has verified and issued us documentation that they delivered the RETURNED Merchandise to this company:

We filed a Better Business Report Against them. Immediately upon receiving their copy of it, one of their employees with the name of EDWARDS called my office (where recorded his name, statement and the date stamp of the call), stating that he was from Zazzle.com Inc., and that we would receive our refund in seven to ten days - a STRAIGHT LIE. We are to this date still looking for a CHECK from Zazzle, in the FULL amount of $100.00.
In the meantime, we are requesting the contact from ANY source of Media that would like the details of this story, review our detailed information and evidence, and to listen to the Audio in preparation for printing this story, which we are now circulating throughout the United States, since ZAZZLE.COM, Inc. is online, and anyone even contemplating utilizing their services needs to be warned INITIALLY.
