ZIRPAK PRODUCTS LLC MARK CLYBURN, MANAGING MEMBER WROTE A FRAUDULENT CHECK FOR $1000.00 TO PURCHASE 50 GAL. DRUMS Internet

On April 7, 2010, Mark Clyburn brought me a check for $1000.00 for the purchase of 50 - 55 gallon plastic drums. Zirpak Products LLC is a reseller of containers such as drums and totes. Mr. Clyburn's driver came to pick up the drums that day. On April 13, 2010, I received a notice from Woodforest National Bank that the check written had NSF. On the following Monday I called Mr. Clyburn and was told sorry for the inconvenience but the account at Woodforest Bank had been closed and Mr. Clyburn would immediately send a driver with a new check that day. No driver showed. I called again on Tuesday and was told by the receptionist, Alex Lopez, Mr. Clyburn would leave a check for me to pick up. I called and talked to Miss. Lopez and no check was left. I called on Wednesday and was told Mr. Clyburn would send a driver right away with a check. No driver showed. I called again on Wednesday afternoon and was told a check would be waiting at the receptionist desk by 10:00 A.M. on Thursday. I personally went to ZIRPAK PRODUCTS LLC location to pick up the check. I was told there was no check, come back after 2:00 P.M. I went immediately to Fort Bend County District Attorney to file a complaint of check fraud. There is a process to follow as advised by the D.A. before charges can be brought to bear.
