I've registered with Zong "a paypal service" btw a few years ago. I wanted to use their service so I can accept mobile payments on one of my online games. It has been a year since I closed down my online game, and stopped using ZONG.

Over a month ago, I had contacted ZONG and requested that they close my account & pay me whatever I had made. They told me the amount I made, and said they would send me a payment asap.

Over a month later, today... still nothing. I've emailed them a million times, it all gets redirected to the same "Kamara, Angelique" and she/he does not help at all. She just says clients get paid once a month, and that it's harder to pay me because they have to add up everything I made like 2 years ago.

Isn't this suppose to be a PayPal service? Why is it so hard to send me $100 dollars and close my account, it's been over a month. I am broke, I could really use this $100 dollars. [continued below]....

BTW, I'm pretty sure I made well over $100. I've sold lots of credits to players over a 6 month period, some used credit cards so I know the fees are not that high. For certain carriers "not zong" and I understand, they do take 50-70% off each transaction.

Bottom line is I'm not happy, not because of the amount I made, but because of how long it takes to send me my money. I know there's a 75 day grace for the phone companies to pay ZONG so ZONG can pay us, but it's been over a year.

I want my account closed, and I want the money I made now, not later, not a month later, not months later. Now. A handicap monkey could process this information faster.

Why am I back again, erg!

Ok, so it's 7 months later. This is how long it took before I finally gave up and ended back here.

After successfully getting my account closed months ago, I still managed to receive (maintenance) e-mails from Zong, 3-5 times a day. Like seriously, I have more ZONG Maintenance e-mails then Viagra spam in my inbox. 

I have contacted Zong last month no reply. I contacted them again, still nothing and today when I tried there contact form I get a "Maintenance Break. Your timing is impeccable! We're temporarily down for maintenance. Please check back soon while we make updates to the site."

Really!? Why am I still dealing with this company, all I wanted was a simple  company to handle mobile payments. I don't want to use their services anymore, why are you still spamming my inbox with emails me everyday. Erg!!!
