ZPDI Billing Concepts Integretel ripoff cramming San Antonio Texas

I have collect charges through ZPDI and Integretel on my SBC bills that I did not authorize. They total $24.00 for a total of 10 minutes and all originate from the same number in Toronto. I was never asked to accept collect charges but merely instructed to "stay on the line for an important call". No indication was made that the call was collect. In a couple of cases, these calls weren't even answered by a person but went to voicemail.

I have called both Integretel and ZPDI and in both cases have been referred to another company, Triton Global Business. When I contacted Triton, I was told to leave information concerning the charges and advised that I would be called back by a representative.

It seems to me that these companies make their money by betting that no one will look at their phone bills closely. Be sure to check every section thoroughly!
