This is crazy! 177.72 for 2 short collect phone calls. No one ever came on the phone to make you aware of these High charges. No wonder they wont tell you anything! They know any person with sense would not accept such a call at these crazy prices! Consumers should be made aware of charges and that some company you dont even deal with can jump in and charge you these prises!
