I have never said I was an Financial advisor .. I always presented myself as an insurance agent and what we do is protect lives and show people how to utilize LIFE insurance policies.

I do love God and always will ~ I never have prayed on any woman for financial gain... You should know you didn't have any money nore did you get a policy from me nore anyone I know because they were unsure of your instability as a person. In fact the monies owed to you was given as a gift that you stated could be paid over time which was never the plan.. the plan was to be a stalker to me and my family and hurt us... it is like the emails sent to me regarding you wanting me to take 8k and 1099 me from a tax vantage point so you could reduce your taxable income~ which is illegal... Or the fact that you purposely did not pay your mortgage so you could take advantage of the Obama refi which was to help real people in need... or when you asked me to work for you and your brother and your brothers friend ( I will keep their names out for now) to help you thru a FEMA flood in PA... Working for 2 insurance companies at the same time... while your brother and his friend had no FEMA insurance certification of any kind... Illegal... Becareful on that one cause that is actually a Federal offense when I spoke with the nice people at FEMA~ Or even better when you were pretending to work for and represented yourself as a FEMA employee... illegal.

No one is documenting anything cause there is nothing to document... I have never wrriten a policy from anyone from FB... Sleeping around with single moms, widows, married... LOL!! Come lets get real... Never have done that and what is funny is that you would bring other people into this that have walked away from the nonsense.

So we can continue cause the DA told me I have a legal right to rebuttal your comments and now that I have confirmed this recent post.. I will send that to my lawyers as well... Not so easy to RIP a person when he is out and in your face.

My suggestion to you is to stop the nonsense cause I have nothing to loose anymore and I will go to the fullest extent of the law to make sure you are prosecuted for harrasment and slander.. which is realy bad in NC especially when there is a warrant out for arrest.... BTW~ Tyme another ficticious name.. I wonder why anyone would hide behind a name unless they could be the same person.

I would like to continue you this as adults and let the courts handle this but if you insist then I will do what I need to and protect myself and my family from a very unstable person.

Last warning cause I refuse to pay for this nonsense to come off the internet cause now I want the truth about  you too to come out since we are telling stories again.

Remember what you said once: If it is not life or death then it is fixable... I am also asking not to bring any more people into this since this is between you and I... No one else needs to get hurt other than our self inflicted hurt.... BTW~ illegal to go into someone else's email, Illegal to go into some else's Verizon account, Illegal to go into someone else's Linkedin account, Illegal to go into someone's FB account or have a false name.... The point youre missing is that he is a life insurance agent preying on people as a financial adviser which is ILLEGAL by the way.  Hes been charged with embezzlement, filed for bankruptcy and hasnt fulfilled his child support obligation for three years which has forced his family onto welfare. 

To present yourself as a financial adviser in order to gain access to peoples financial records or tap their phones for the same reason is criminal.  Now, if were talking
character, its no better.  He sleeps with multiple women at one time for money, widow, single mom or married, no matter.  Starts off via facebook, a humble victim in need thats found God but once you write a policy he disappears with your check.  No man of God would behave this way.  So far, the
testimonials of these women go back over 5 years and 150k+ that the authorities
can document at this point.  Do you really believe hes just a guy down on his luck for 10 years? Well
congratulations you just bought into the Michael Marinzulich scam, GOOD LUCK
WITH THAT  These are the facts, not opinion.  I personally agree with Kim and Tyme that it is our moral obligation to protect our community, even loved ones by allowing them to make informed decisions.

I am writing this in response to what was written about M.Marinzulich...

In regards to the person writing this~ first hand knowledge of M.Marinzulich~ I also have first hand knowledge of the person writing this in regards to me but we will address her later.. I am here to correct defamation of character and slander of who I am and what I stand for...

So lets begin answering some of the accusations and stupidity on many levels...

First you don't invest in Life insurance... Those words have never been spoken from me and anyone who knows me knows this... I speak in regards to insurance as a safe and secure place that one/family can place their money for retirement with gurantees of growth... It is obvious that you know nothing in regards to life insurance or any financial vehicle but certainly know how to spend your childrens wealth without their permission and lie to them about it... 99% of the insurance agents that you spoke of have no clue how to utilize this specifically design life insurance to benefit them for retirement... BTW~ If you go to Elevation Group~ Mike Dillard: He states that he will be retiring with over 100,000k a month because of this insurance concept. If you go to Become your own Banker written by Nelson Nash (a book I gave you to read and of course you were to busy shopping to do that) it clearly states what I am saying... Robert Murphy the economist speaks regularly to the Infinite Banking group around the country regarding this type of insurance and how if only 10% of Americans would get these type of policies it would change America forever! He has even written a book with another amazing man Carlos Lara regarding the topic (please be my guest and look them up~ I am sure you will find a wealth of info) Hurricane Financial is and was a great agency to work with in regards to Infinite Banking and I have nothing but good things to say about the co-founders of the company... If the insurance agents did their due diligence they would find out what I am doing and would probably be on board but like most people ~ too much effort to help others correctly... Interesting you said you read something regarding IBC ~ Infinite Banking concept and you had to laugh~ well I am sure the 500,000 plus people in the US are doing the laughing as they never lossed a penny of their monies to Wall Street during the financial crash of 2008 or for that matter any year. Yes I was in jail for 35 days for a civil matter and if you would like to know more regarding it please don't hesitate to ask me directly and not hide behind fake names or secret phone numbers~ I am right here and I have no issues discussing it... Using FB as a social media platform is what you do as well I did and we will leave it at that...Buying my product is not what I educate people on... I speak about IBC from an education platform and give out a ton of material and walk each client/friend thru the process so that they fully understand the concept...  The stupidity of borrowing money is nonsense~ use of auto and cell phones is a ridiculous statement since I paid dearly by helping people or should I say person who has no I idea as to what she is talking about... I owe nothing to this woman of any debt.. in fact she owes me monies for helping to manage her business that she has been funneling money out of for years~ no worries the process is in place to get this handled properly to the fullest extent of the law..(I am sure her tax accountant would love to know or maybe she does know about it) Like any new business there are early financial burdens and yes some have not been paid and they understand and have worked with me on arrangements.. as they always have.  So I won't lower myself to name the person who wrote this about me but I will say that she has a business in Wilmington NC in the MayFaire area. As far as my business location etc... I worked from whatever home was whether it be my car, travleing to NY, in Wilmington at Panera Bread... Corporate structure is starting to fade away and virtual offices are the wave of the future... So lets discuss some things about this person now~ You know what~~ it truly is not worth it... BTW~ as far as my personal relationships are concerned .. well lets simply state that I have never done that period~ so becareful what what you write cause there is always a trail and I will always find it...
