I had some great deals (as I've heard others say on this report)but nothing ever happened until I decided to do it myself.
Much to my surprise I received a message from Nick stating he was no longer with Zaken and they were ripoff/con artists and to check them out on ripoffreport.com and he would contact me with more info in the near future; that was October 14!.
After several attempts to zaken co. over a two week period (mail box full - busy) I finally got routed to a new phone/fax number, and got through. I spoke with a woman who went by the name of Ronit (so it sounded) and asked her what was going on - she told me they had a new manager named Joseph and transferred me to him. This man who identified himself as Joseph Ben told me Nick Lasorsa was committing fraud against
Zaken company selling deals behind there back and they had received several complaints against him from other associates and they (Zaken)were filing a law suit against him (ha ha) sound familiar! When I asked him how this could happen when Zaken was supposed to be funding all these deals and how could they not know if no money was comming in? I got a very vague answere. Probabaly because the money is comming in - you know, for business opportunity information/business cards/stationary/life time directories and whatever else there selling.
I asked Joseph Ben what happend to all the samples and paperwork I sent to Nick, he said we're working on it... and that he was the new seller for Zaken Company and they would be closing many deals for all of there associates (don't make me laugh) I could hardly understand what he was saying in the first place! great sales communicator this number is!
He said they were gonna start from scratch and if I could get all these companies I've been dealing with to send him the samples to California (Bronx, NY office is closed obviously) he'd try to sell them - can you imagine. Also, 'and a very important also', he stated that I would be receiving a fax with all the info relating to the business change, Nick Lasorsa and the law suit (as would all the other associates of Zaken Co.) by the beginning of the following week, as they were working on the letter and detailes... That was on October 15th.?? Has anyone received this info??
I knew something was up when I never received such, and I got this Ronit woman again. So, pretending to be someone interesed in the business opportunity looking for more information, could she give me more details - she was very vague stating I could purchase information for $169.00 that would explaine how I could make a lot of money locating merchandise and I could find the phone numbers in local phone books or purchase a lifetime membership of directories from them (remember that one!) When I asked her to be more specific (she really did not sound like she knew much of what she was selling - again she said why not just purchase the info - you have a seven day money back guarantee if you are not interested! I asked many questions that I think were making her nervous.
I asked her for references from other associates of theirs and she said we can not do that, that is against the law (I tried not to laugh - if not at her than at my self for not asking this in the first place when I hooked up with these frauds) She said this is a new business opportunity they are trying out - when I asked her how long they've been doing this she said one month and we are only taking the first 50 people! Can you believe this! I signed up last spring! Right then I knew, it's all true they are frauds. I only wish I recorded the conversation! O'h when I said "Zaken Co.
has only been in business a month" she said well this new opportunity Quick Sell has (merchandise liquidation) but Zaken's other business has been operating for seven years. What is the other business I asked her - Carpet cleaning - business opportunity to sell machines and supplies to clean carpets. The whole conversation was bizzare and unbelivable! Just trying to digest the scams and lies, not to mention what else this Tiran Zaken is doing to people with carpet cleaning (if it even exists).
I'm quite sure there buying time to sell more business opportunities to innocent hard working individuals like us, huh? Or perhaps changing the name of Quick-Sell (oh, which in fact they are working on according to Joseph Ben).
I hope he gets busted for all the people and reports I've read about this guy - he deserves to go down!
And as for you Nick - what happened to your phone call?? or should I call you Tiran? what are you selling these days? xxxxx
