Man, i really hate this company. I was 18 when I spent $174 for his stupid manuals. For a college student like me, it's hard to come across that money. especially for me when i am in a flight school and that costs a lot.

I tried this program because i wanted to be able to pay for my college and not have my parents give me money all the time. I wanted to be independent.

Anyways, every deal i got they wouldn't accept. These guys need to go down sooner or later. I wish i coulda seen him on the news, but i don't live in los angeles. I've already sent a complaint to the FTC.

Also i love reading all your comments about this company. Yea, i also have the $2 from that guy also. They messed up and sent me manuals and charged me for both. Does anyone know why this company isn't shut down yet? Is there not enough proof?

They were run out of New York before landing in Los Angeles. People who live in Los Angeles County should file a complaint with County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer Affairs. If they can't get a refund they will start a criminal case. Those outside Los Angeles should file with FTC.

My real question to those at Zaken is, who is that hot blonde working there?

Dear Mike, Thank you for your quick and enlighting reponse. Your the 1st to ever have write back. I think I agree with Ms. Williams. If your new with this Company Mike. I would pack my bags. Why are you lying just return the money to the ex associates and matter shall be taken care of. Anyway I think Tiran needs to answer to us. Do what you must and the courts will settle this issue.

Mike, or whoever you are, if you read my ripoff report on January 9th, you will see that I did not get a full refund, you SOB. The only thing they gave me money back for was the postcards and the stationary, and the only reason they gave those back is because I filed a dispute with my credit cards. They also told me that after my first deal they would give me the rest of the money back. They sabatoged my first deal so they wouldn't have to pay me back, and when I tried to submit other deals, they told me they were having problems, and that they couldn't accept deals at the moment. I was promised by Schlomi, or who I should say Tiran, that Mr. Zaken would call me, and he still hasn't.

I repeat, I did not receive the rest of my money, and he knows this. By the way, I have now come to the conclusion, after seeing Tiran on the News that he is Schlomi Vaknin. I talked to Schlomi enough times to know that voice, and that is also why he knows who I am. He promised me when I gave his company another try after my credit card dispute that they wouldn't screw me around, but that is exactly what he did.

The only reason they gave me the money back for the stationary and Postcards was so I wouldn't dispute the entire amount, they also got me to tell my credit cards that I wouldn't file another dispute, if they gave me the money back. But they also promised me that I would get my money back. THEY TOLD ME WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR SO THEY COULD RIP ME OFF FOR THE OTHER $700. Zaken has frauded the public from the start, by portraying himself as an older man. He is also still advertising free products, which he knows people arent going to get when they sign up. That is fraud.

I have kept every letter sent to Zaken, and every letter received from Zaken, so you know what? Tell Your lawyer that I have proof that I didn't settle, and that I didn't receive a FULL REFUND. I will be glad to testify under oath to that and the fact that they purposefully passed the blame back and forth in order not to complete my first deal.

You know what Mike, why don't you just have Zaken or Schlomi, or Ron or whatever the hell his name is to give me a call. 6617231722. By the way, I still have the dollar that he sent me in his con letter, and He is more than welcome to have it back.

Before you shoot your mouth off the next time, you better get your facts straight, or I will personally sue you for slander and defamation of my good name.

First and above all, I hope you won't get in troubles like Nick Lasorsa, the ex-employee who started this all fuss.

Second, let me tell you a bit about what you saw in the news. Ms. Williams, who appeared as if she did not receive a refund, actually did get a FULL refund almost a year ago. We faxed the proof to the company's lawyer. Second, Ms. Immit never returned the products she purchased, though she was instructed to do so by the refund department manager. The lawyer would have to contact her as well.

Now, dear Kurt, there is NO chance in the world that a magazine will refuse to accept advertisings from our company, for the same reason they won't remove any of the other ads: they get money for it.

More then so, your actions may get you in legal trouble, since you are now under the terms of personal slandering in public. Tiran is not going to leave one stone unturned, especially since you lazy idiots did not comply with any of your agreements with the company.

LAST NOTE, to all of you who want to open a home business: GET YOUR A-SS OFF THE COUCH AND WORK. Most of the complaints I saw here were from people who either did a very poor and quick work or did not even bother to start. You ain't gonna get anything for nothing.
