Well, from what I am hearing I must be the valedictorian of stupid. I bought the starter book for $175 by money order with delivery confirmation on Oct 27, 2003. This included rush delivery; they received the payment 2 days later.

When I called a week later, I was told they were backlogged.I did get an update letter on 11/10 that it was coming so I didn't fret. My packing slip is date 11/5 but I didn't receive it until 11/18. I waited due to finances before I went the next step.

I too sent in the info regarding a refund and they told me that I sent in the form on 12/16 almost a month later than when I got it. I went back and read the contract- I thought they were right...WRONG!

DUMB IDEA #1) Last month I received a special flyer regarding Xerox copiers. Associates could get them for $45 s/h only due to the fact they were stored without a/c and the ink cartridges had dried out. Since the copier is claimed to worth 10x s/h fee, I ordered 4 copiers at $180 total (1 for myself and 3 for friends). The ad even promoted buying more than 1.

Since we had money due to tax refund, I went ahead and ordered 500 postcards and 1 issue of the lifetime directory ($190 total). I also went with a local printer and paid $42 dollars for 1,000 business cards I may never use.

I mailed out checks for the copiers and other on March 27th. The copiers have a delivery turn around of 48 hours by UPS.

As of today, I can't access a website, I keep getting the answering message at their number. If I get to a person's voice mail the box is already full. INTERESTING, huh? I did keep copies of the checks sent and the order forms. I am out almost $600 for NOTHING. Can someone help me get my money back, Please.
