I was sent a payment through US Bank using this service - ZashPay. It has been nothing but a small nightmare. I couldn't be verified online, so they made me fill out papers. The papers couldn't be faxed, scanned or anything - they had to be mailed. They say it could take up to 10 business days to process. Now they are sending me emails saying that the payment link is going to be canceled because it has been too long. Yet, THEY are the ones demanding more information. I told Kassandra on the phone that the math doesn't add up - THEY know that more info is being required, why are they canceling the payment? "We don't know everyone who has signed up with us or not." Um, in a world of database driven services you should know that my email address is in your system and that you requested more information from me.
Do not use this service to pay your bills! Your payee will get screwed. I am telling the person that owes me $95,000 (24 payments) that they cannot use this service.
