I am a former client of Helen. To me her name legally documented on all my pay was Helen Mattico. Helen took me in under her wing, and paid for all my acting classes, my photo shoots, and found endless work for me. I am able to get a letter for sag, I became Equity, and I landed several modeling jobs with numerous photographers from the Zazou, Inc. and Goldnadel Inc, offices.
It is up to the client to follow through with the work that she is locating for you, and one of the major problems I noticed was that people were unavailable for many of the times that YOU needed to be there to audition. Some of the work that I recieved through Zazou, Inc was a special abilities role for the trailer movie called Martial Law, which later became THE SEIGE, with Denzel Washington and Bruce Willis. I would be happy to defend Helen and Magdalana for all they have done for me. You have to want it to make it, and yes it does take some personal investing to get there. I was in then end one of the very lucky who was able to work with Andrew Llyod Webber in several theatrical work that again Helen landed me an audition for.
Nonetheless, look and see what you have gotten now, and what you had before, remember you didnt have to get headshots taken through her photographers you could have brought your own. She provided services to bring you up to the needs the industry required. If you had nothing at least you had something to move on from! Helen was an asset to my youth getting in to acting. I did several off broadway shows that I would never have gotten if it weren't for the charity Helen gave to me.
So see what you have done wrong, cant always blame someone else. Check around and see what other agencies do, they are all the same and it is industry procedure to pay out of pocket to get work ect....UNLESS you are coming from an acting school in which you have paid the school already for the services she is providing to get you to where you need to be. You cant just walk in to an audition and expect to get the lead role you have to pay your dues first.

OK this is getting ridiculous. I don't know who the other people posting but I think everyone needs to calm down.
My name is Gina and I'm 24 years old. I went to ICA's "audition" as ICA approached me and my friends at a convention. I'm a performer on the side and I've sang, danced for events and been on tv but not anywhere on a large scale at all. I have a few friends that actually are with SAG and do TV work so I have a good perspective on the whole industry.

1. First of all, if anyone felt that they were scammed out of their money, try to contact ICA immediately. If you do not get your refund, get an attorney. Whining and complaining about it on this website will not get your money back.
2. ICA is currently a legit business. It is in fact, a business, and for profit. Yes Helene is out to get your money just like all the other companies out there that you buy from.
3. The real issue is, that the marketing for ICA is deceptive and misleading. Calling their info sessions "auditions" is obviously going to grab your attention. It's very misleading. And saying that they have offices around the world and not being able to tell us the exact locations or address only tells me that these offices do not exist. I believe that this has to be changed immediately.
My personal view. I wrote in another thread about this but I'll say again. I was invited to attend an "audition" last year and talked to Helene herself. I got a few things from it.
1. It wasn't an audition at all, but an info session. I was very Disapointed.
2. Magdelena isn't as a big star as they try to advertise her as. She's co-starred in a few episodes of Fraizer, Angel, Devil's Advocate and others, and a Mc Donald's commerial...um so what? I wasn't impressed at all. If I want to go to an acting school I'd expect A and at least B list actors/actresses try Jane Fonda, Uma Thurman, Tom Cruise. Sorry to sound harsh on Magdelena but that's what it boils down to if I'm going to invest that much money. I need to be impressed and I wasn't.
3. Helene badmouthed JRP to me. She said they are scammers. I thought that was very unprofessional and shocking.
4. She wanted me to come back for a second audition but I turned her down. I don't have thousands of dollars to waste on classes and I thought this was an agency as from their flyers it sounds like they were.
5. No one should have to pay anything to get an agent. In fact if you really were serious, you'd skip the entire acting school thing and get a real agent. My friend whos with SAG and has been on tv told me to not go to ICA after I told her about it. She said I could get an agent on my own and didn't need them or their "training".
Bottom line - People can go ahead and attend their classes, it's their money and time. I can't tell people that they won't get a gig from going to ICA, they may or may not. But I know people in the industry and all of them has told me that you really don't need acting classes and you can directly get an agent yourself if you try hard enough.
My suggestion - If you want to go to ICA, make sure you do your research and tht you KNOW that you are NOT gaurenteed to get any work. This is a lot of money to invest in and really you don't even need to go to classes. Just go get an agent. but if you feel that you need to go to these classes then by all mean do so just be careful and take everything with skeptism.

I have attended the "audition" several days ago.
And I have came across this site when I typed Helene's name.
It's hard to determine what's true and what's not. I have also auditioned with John Robert Powers and they seem about the same...
I am rather fed up with all these fake agents...

They are trying to "skirt the law" by saying that they do NOT charge for "advice & guidance" and they do take take any percentages.

Futhermore, you continue to "tap dance" around the REAL ISSUE here. Why does your website NOT list the fees of your services? Why do the employees of I.C.A. state there are NO FEES when asked on the telephone by prospective clients? This evidence is ON TAPE from an undercover reporter.
What talent agents do you work with? How much does I.C.A. pay those talent agents to show up at your so called "showcases?" Isn't it true that you knew Magdelena in New York? Were the jobs that Magdelena booked really booked through I.C.A.? How did I.C.A. book the jobs if you are NOT an agency?
Why do you mention Paris, Milan, London, etc., etc. on your website? Do you have offices in those cities? Don't you think that's a bit misleading to the public? Linda Ann Williams/Linda Miller/everybody else that she has been impersonating goes from her usual rumbling to naming laws that do not pertain to our school,(as per ICA attorneys!) Indeed, we are a school, (once again), we are not an advance talent fee service. Advance talent fee services are agencies that do not offer training, but offer advice and guidance for a fee and a percentage, for the jobs that THEY procure to talent. In a desperate attempt to get out of her lawsuit, Linda Ann Williams/Miller, studied a law which was created against the agencies, that are not SAG franchised, and promise employment which they do not deliver.
We never charge any percentages, we never charge for advice or guidance. And we do not provide employment.
Indeed, and again, Ms Williams/Miller never paid any money to ICA as she was not accepted in our programs, the "students names" pertain to "people" that do not exist, since there were never legal contracts signed between bearers of such names: Bethany, Jason, Miguel etc...Etc...Etc...
Our attorneys and myself, contacted Donald Self from Houston Texas, the owner of this site, who indicated that it is quite impossible for him to call each and every "phone number" filled out on his rebuttal forms, and check that the person placing a "complaint" actually exists and/or is operating under a real name. Neither does he check if the "person" has a legitimate claim of a disatisfied actual student who actually has a working relationship with us.
He even admitted: "Who would pay for that". The gentleman at modelingscams.com, from Palmer Rapids in Ontario, Canada, has not as yet given us his real name, and placed some of my comments, yet out of context on his site, while allowing Linda Ann Williams comments, who under Linda Miller, represented herself as an "insider" of ICA, even though she is not a client of ICA, or any one we have ever done business with. I do not know what drives some one who never entered a working relationship with a company, to slender and defame such company and its owner. I even wonder how some body can find the time to make up and send the amount of "complaints", which this woman has been sending to ezbc/modelingscams.com, and this site. By the way, she claims that one does not need classes and head shots to get an agent, I would love to see an actor, walk into a SAG and AFTRA franchised agency, with a snap shot, and let the receptionist know that he or she never took an acting classe in their life, but should be seen by an agent immediately because he or she has such a wonderful natural talent. Clearly such misinformed person would not be seen. As a matter of fact, without proper referral, even for trained talent with an industry standard head shot, it would be extremely difficult to be seen. Finally, Ms Wiliams cannot have an "OPINION" about ICA and myself, because she was never our student, never took our classes. Her "OPINION" is called "DEFAMATION AND SLANDER" by ICA attorneys. I wish to thank our students for their positive comments.

Your client has obviously NOT been truthful with you regarding her business practices. I'm quite surprised that you, AS HER ATTORNEY, has allowed her to advertise in the manner in which I.C.A. does. Their website is very misleading. Why are there NO FEES mentioned? Why does it give the impression that they are an "agency?"
Why, when a prospective caller contacts I.C.A. and inquires about fees, they are told "it's just an audition, there are NO FEES!" This constitutes FRAUD & False and Misleading Advertising. I heard that a newsmagazine has this ALL ON TAPE!!!!
Furthermore, Helene Goldnadel does NOT have a "good reputation". The TRUTH is a perfect defense to any Defamation lawsuit. Also, under the California Anti-Slapp-Statue, the Defendant would recover, automatically, as you should know, any and all attorneys' fees. She is operating an Advance-Fee Talent Service, without the required $10,000 Bond. This new law went into effect in 2000. Does she have a Bond? If not, any and all contracts are null and void and unenforceable.
Any client, who signed up after the new law went into effect, can sue for treble damages, never mind the False and Misleading Advertising and Fraud charges. Can we say Punitive Damages? Any talent agent in Los Angeles will tell you that you do NOT need headshots or classes to be "in the industry". That is another false statement by your client.

I FOLLOW MY GUIDES.. I also, like Linda William was not accepted in that place, because my belonging to the truthful, did not fit the darkness of ICA. I AM GLAD I AM NOT A PART OF THIS. I have a path to follow, I hear the truth in may forms and shapes. The truth comes to me and I have to be the advocate of good. Magdelena Zielinska, has to be a partner there!!!!!! The entertainment industry has always been a businessthis is nothing new. That's why people pay to see movies in theatres, buy DVDs, or subscribe to premium TV channels. As we all know, nothing in life is FREE, and if it says FREE, we can all agree that somebody had to pay for it. But for some reason, some people still want to just become famous over night, get paid tons of money, and live out their dream as a HUGE SUPER STAR! Others want to become doctors, lawyers, or rich business ownersbut they don't want to do the hard workmost don't even want to pay to learn the necessary skills. Undoubtedly, we would ALL like to become Millionaires for FREE! What else is new? The point being is that ICA is a business as well, founded by a business owner who not only has the expertise and working relationships with agents, she also has the honest desire to maximize a person's potential by giving them the necessary skills they need to get work in the industry.
The great thing about this country is that we can all dream up ideas and businesses and in the case of Helene Goldnadel (a former agent herself), she saw a need for an academy that would better guide people into their acting and modeling careers than what was being offered elsewhere. Initially based in the New York area, Helene discovered a young Magdalena who would later go on to co-star in an episode of Frasier and Angel among other roles. It was not until the devastating events of 9/11 when Helene decided to move to Southern California to get into the production end, and organize a new training academy under the name International Creative Artists (ICA). This academy would be elite (NOT EVERYONE would be acceptedeven if they had a credit card). Helene simply had an idea founded on principle, altruism, and honesty in which she would provide others with the tools to become who they need to be in order to be successful.
Today, Helene has Magdalena speak at ICA on a regular basis to encourage the discouraged and hopefully inspire others to work hard and never give up as she too was once an uncertain individual with a dream looking for representation. It is important to know that ICA is NOT AN AGENCY. They ARE A TRAINING FACILITY with the objective to teach YOU how to book jobs in the highly competitive industry. They, nor the various agents that scout at ICA on a regular basis, guarantee people workbut neither does that real estate license, that college degree, or that law school diplomayet you still have to pay for all the schooling. This is an investment in YOURSELF!
See, people have to realize that it is NOT the sole responsibility of ONE person, or ONE institution to get you a good job moreover the job you want. The power is in the individual. The decision to become successful has to come from withinfrom the heart. It cannot be driven by greed. The passion MUST be real, the person MUST be real. Some of the most successful people today have had to overcome many obstacles and failures before they reached their goals. Yet all too often, do frustrated talent, put the blame on others for either the competitive nature of the business or their own failures, when all along, it is that individual's own ignorance that has allowed them to become a so-called victim. None of the real students that have participated in the ICA program ever felt ripped off. You do not book everything you audition for though, and countless of other aspiring actors, models, and musicians, aren't getting any work. Is the high school or university you graduated from a rip-off or a scam because you are unemployed or have a job you don't like? ICA students have yet a much bigger success rate than a lot of trained actors in the industry. This is an EXTREMEMLY competitive business, and those who make it, do not make it over night. The great thing about this country is that we can all dream up ideas and businesses and in the case of Helene Goldnadel (a former agent herself), she saw a need for an academy that would better guide people into their acting and modeling careers than what was being offered elsewhere. Initially based in the New York area, Helene discovered a young Magdalena who would later go on to co-star in an episode of Frasier and Angel among other roles. You do not book everything you audition for though, and countless of other aspiring actors, models, and musicians, aren't getting any work. Our client has learned that you have been posting defamatory remarks about Helene
Goldnadel and International Creative Artists on various websites. Your remarks are
untrue. Specifically, you state that her students are floundering when in reality many
have flourishing careers. You say you took four classes and that they were identical
wastes of time and money, when in reality you took no classes at International
Creative Artists because your initial application was rejected. You state that you
know many people that have been ripped off' by International Creative Artists and
Helene Goldnadel. She is a scam artist. These remarks are untrue.
International Creative Artists and Helene Goldnadel will be substantially and
irreparably harmed should your defamatory conduct continue. We therefore demand
that you immediately cease and desist from continuing to defame International Creative
Artists and Helene Goldnadel.
In order to mitigate further damages, the following actions on your part are required:
immediate discontinuance of all publishing of defamatory comments about
International Creative Artists and/ or Helene Goldnadel;
publishing a retraction of all de famatory comments you have made on all

turning over to our client's General Manager copies of all retractions and all Internet names and aliases you have used to make your defamatory

Everyone I've spoken with in the INDUSTRY has NOTHING NICE to say about I.C.A. or Ms. Goldnadel! READ THIS...

I have asked all around the industry about this I.C.A. company in Irvine, CA. I have been hearing a lot of negative commentary about them. I, personally, do NOT know anything about them, BUT...I did do some of my own investigating! The following are my findings:
Out of about 30 talent agents I spoke with, ONLY 3 even knew who I.C.A. were. And of those 3, NOT ONE of the talent agents had really anything nice to say. 2 of them have gone to their showcases, one agency did take 2 of their clients. The other agency did take 4 of their clients...out of about 400 clients. Also, none of the I.C.A. clients have been called for an audition or a booking. One of the talent agents was a bit concerned over not knowing how much I.C.A. actually is charging their clients. They then stated..."I will no longer do business with them!".
Another complaint from the talent agents is that many of the I.C.A. cliets thought that I.C.A. was some sort of "agency"...NOT a school!!!! This concerned me, especially when i see other alleged "happy' clients on this website saying things like..."I.C.A. get people lots of work!". What? But their not an agency. How can THEY get people "work". My understanding is, and, I may be wrong, but, ONLY an agent can secure work. I will research this also. My opinion is this. I.C.A. is not clear on their website or the advertising I have seen on exactly what services they provide. Furthermore, I could find NOWHERE on their website a list of their fees for their services, but I did find lots of catchy phrases like "auditioning NOW". That, to me, sounds more like a job interview. But, that's just MY opinion. Why don't they list their fees? Probably because nobody would come to their "open calls" (another catchy phrase!) if they knew that there were, in fact, costs involved. I'm not saying that they should not charge for their services. Everyone needs to get paid. But...why hide that issue I.C.A.? I think they should be upfront about that. Also, I also agree that the listing of all of these "other" cities on their website is VERY MISLEADING. I faxed this info. to 5 talent agents and asked their opinion. I also faxed it to an entertainment attorney I know. They all that these statements were very MISLEADING. The attorney even thought the company could be successfully sued in court for false advertising. He was surprised that Ms. Goldnadel's own attorney would allow her to advertise in this misleading manner.
I am also doing a little more research on this Zazou Management from back east, as well as Goldnadel, Inc. I know a person that works in the SAG office in New York. I will post my findings. I'm curious if I.C.A. could provide a list of how many of their clients who paid to go through their program actually got an agent and received work. If they can PROVE results...then, more power to them. They're o.k. If not, I feel sorry for all of the consumers who are trusting the company. As far as the "Magdelena" character, I personally don't think that she alone, proves anything. As far as I have been told, BY A RELIABLE SOURCE, Ms. Goldnadel was "best buddies" with Magdelena in New York.
There's definetly a conflict here. I would like a list of consumers in LOS ANGELES that actually paid I.C.A. and then got an agent and got work. I was also told that the jobs that Magdelena has booked were not through I.C.A. If not, what's the point. If I'm a consumer, I would want to see customers that have worked that actually signed up for the program, paid and did NOT know the owner from a previous relationship. Last thought, why are they in Irvine, California???? Why are they not in Los Angeles were all "the action" is. This concerns me. Maybe their "program" would not "sell" in Los Angeles. Too many people know the industry??? Too smart??? I do not really know.
I do know that Ms. Goldnadel and her attorney should really review I.C.A.'s business practices and make changes to avoid any future legal issues with authorities. I have been told that there is currently a news program working on a story on I.C.A. I guess it won't be completed for several months. They have several disgruntled clients apparantly. As I stated, I am doing further research on this company, and will post my findings. I want to see what else I can uncover. Just BE CAREFUL newcomers!!!!!!!

GREAT ACTING/MODELING SCHOOL

First of all, ICA DOES NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF! I've been to at least 4 other big modeling schools and they took tons of money from me and got me no work. I was frustrated, and then my boyfriend told me about ICA-- i decided to give it a chance. So I came to ICA, took some classes, signed with an agent and am now going out on tons of auditions. ICA has always been up front and honest with me and Helen tells you exactly how it is.. NO BS! She is totally straight forward. She acts llike your manager and pushes you to do your best. She wants her students to succeed! Anyways, my boyfriend and I are very happy we have finally found a great environment for learning the essentials of acting and modeling. ICA is ABOVE ALL THE REST!

Many people i know including myself attend ICA classes on a regular basis. Not only are the coaches and classes fun and challenging, they also actually care about your goals. I've been to other places where the classes sucked and the teachers couldn't answer alot of my questions.
At International Creative Artists, you get quality classes and a couple of people i know got signed up with some great agents and are now working in the business!
I got to meet Magdalena and saw her episodes on Frasier and Angel. She is NOT FAKE, she is very nice and she gave me excellent advice about modeling. THe thing that I love about ICA is that they DO care and they DO want you to go out and work professionally. I LOVE ICA!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!!!! I'LL BE SURE TO THANK YOU WHEN I GET MY FIRST ACADEMY AWARD!!!

I came across this site and was shcoked to see such absurd comments about ICA and Helene Goldnadel. My friends and I have taking modeling and acting classes here from teachers and coaches that have professionally worked or are currently working in the industry and I am very pleased by their professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and guidance! International Creative Artists has given me confidence in myself as well as the skills to book work in the business. Because of Helene and her profound belief in me, I was able to get an agent, go out on auditions, and I just booked my first commercial!!! Thank you so much Helene and ICA! And to anyone who writes such negative comments about Helene or ICA it is clearly obvious that you have not been apart of ICA nor have you any credibility or justification for your claims. It's very unfortunate for those who wish to do or to say hurtful things to good people.

This was possible because of my working relationship with the agent that ICA and Helene Goldnadel have allowed me to meet.
Indeed, I already received over $20,000 after tax in checks for a Boeing National commercial, which I booked through my agent, and still counting!

I am a student at ICA they got me my start in the entertainment industry. I am a member of Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. These are unions for working actors and entertainers. I have worked as a co-star on "ANGEL", "FRASIER", "LAST COMIC STANDING" and "NATIONAL LAMPOONS FUNNY MONEY". All of these jobs are speaking parts not extra work. I recently booked a pilot as a series regular(one of the three main characters on the show). I have worked in New York, Paris and London as a model, runway for W Magazine, catalogues and magazines.
I worked on the movie "DEVIL's ADOOCATE" and got a chance to work directly with AL PACINO and KEANU REEVES. All of this was made possible for me because of Helene Goldnadel.
It is sad for me to see that people who were not accepted to be a part of ICA and never became clients can write negative comments about this company. There is a lot of competition in this industry and people tend to take rejection personaly but to go as far as writing false statements about a company they know nothing about...

I think it's great that rip-off report.com is wonderful! People need to know what a b.s. company ICA is. I went there with my 4 year old. They told me my child was "accepted" and that I needed to pay $620 for pictures. I was going to do it. I checked around and found they do not have a good reputation. I spoke to agents that have gone to their showcases but said they NEVER get quality children from them. NOT GOOD! I'm glad their warning people about this company. Helene, the owner, is a smooth talker! I wouldn't trust her. By the way, they do not have offices all around the WORLD as Helene stated. This is on their website also. What a LIE. Great job to Linda in Trabuco Canyon. If you don't warn others they too will get ripped off like you.

Her real name is Linda Ann Williams from Trabuco Canyon, CA. She is a lady in her fifties, and came in for an audition with her husband. She does not work for the Newport Coast, she is not presently working, she was not invited to return to International Creative Artists. After she was turned down, I started getting emails, (my email adress is listed on our site),which first one said she was Linda Miller, had a son and was inquiring on her son's possibilities. I responded she needed to come in so her son can audition. She responded that she saw a complaint on rip-offreport.com, and would like to receive a complete list of the agents that come into our school to scout our students. I responded that I could not give out her such info, and her son just needed to be put through our auditioning process, and referred her to my answer to the "complaint" on rip-offreport.com, as it had been written by "another" school.
SHE THEN STARTED TO EMAIL ME 4/5 TIMES A DAY DEMANDING: "Give me the agents list that I asked for, or I will write complaints every where and anywhere about you." "Face your fears, Helene give me the list I want or else".
I finally realized that the emails started after the woman auditioned and was not accepted, and saw that her email adress on the application closely matched "Linda Miller's". The woman also calls herself L.A. She never was invited to participate in our courses, she never brought a baby in and was not offered photography services by International Creative Artists, We do not charge babies thousands of dollars.
Magdalena Zielinska is not a partner of ICA, an inquiry at the corporation office, would allow anyone to obtain the name of the owner of ICA, myself, and that is public information. Magdalena does not work as an extra, and a search on the net as per: Magdalena Zielinska, Angel, or Magdalena Zielinska, Frasier would show that she did book co-star appearances on these shows, etc... I am having my attorney make sure that this woman "ceases and desist" her harassement and slender, as we are taking legal action agaist her.
We cannot accept everybody. This woman was never offered any services, and NEVER PAID ANY MONEY, for any services. No talent of ours who was accepted, followed through on our programs, ever had any reason to complain about us. Rip-off should ask before publishing a complaint: a) Did you pay for services, b) were the services rendered, c) did you ever enter a legal agreement with this company, and were services even offered to you. Her real name is Linda Ann Williams from Trabuco Canyon, CA. She is a lady in her fifties, and came in for an audition with her husband. She does not work for the Newport Coast, she is not presently working, she was not invited to return to International Creative Artists. After she was turned down, I started getting emails, (my email adress is listed on our site),which first one said she was Linda Miller, had a son and was inquiring on her son's possibilities. I responded she needed to come in so her son can audition. She responded that she saw a complaint on rip-offreport.com, and would like to receive a complete list of the agents that come into our school to scout our students. I responded that I could not give out her such info, and her son just needed to be put through our auditioning process, and referred her to my answer to the "complaint" on rip-offreport.com, as it had been written by "another" school.
SHE THEN STARTED TO EMAIL ME 4/5 TIMES A DAY DEMANDING: "Give me the agents list that I asked for, or I will write complaints every where and anywhere about you." "Face your fears, Helene give me the list I want or else".
I finally realized that the emails started after the woman auditioned and was not accepted, and saw that her email adress on the application closely matched "Linda Miller's". The woman also calls herself L.A. She never was invited to participate in our courses, she never brought a baby in and was not offered photography services by International Creative Artists, We do not charge babies thousands of dollars.
Magdalena Zielinska is not a partner of ICA, an inquiry at the corporation office, would allow anyone to obtain the name of the owner of ICA, myself, and that is public information. Magdalena does not work as an extra, and a search on the net as per: Magdalena Zielinska, Angel, or Magdalena Zielinska, Frasier would show that she did book co-star appearances on these shows, etc... I am having my attorney make sure that this woman "ceases and desist" her harassement and slender, as we are taking legal action agaist her.
We cannot accept everybody. This woman was never offered any services, and NEVER PAID ANY MONEY, for any services. No talent of ours who was accepted, followed through on our programs, ever had any reason to complain about us. Rip-off should ask before publishing a complaint: a) Did you pay for services, b) were the services rendered, c) did you ever enter a legal agreement with this company, and were services even offered to you. This woman emailing to me has been and still is to this day an attempt to defraud names and numbers of agents that come in and sign up our clients. I have copies of all her emails, and will gladly forward them upon request.

This place is a giant rip-off. They say on their web-site "don't get ripped off" They are doing the same thing as JRP...classes and pics to people who know no better, and that are looking for stardom! My brother who is in casting, told me headshots on babies are ridiculous, because they change all the time. When I met with this Helene scammer, rip off queen of darling, she said o.h. no..you have to look professional darling..in a dripping sweet accent. My child is 6 months old and changes every 2 months...I can't do new pics every 2 months just to keep Helene in her Gucci handbags!!! This woman deserves an academy award for her performances...Biggest B.S. in the industry!!! She is sucking the money out of Orange County...I wonder where she will head off to next? I would stay clear of this place! She already had to leave New York.

I work in the industry. ICA is a big scam, taking advantage of people in Orange County who do not know this industry. They are NOT a talent agency. By law, talent agents cannot charge for pricey portfolios, as ICA is doing. They pay legit agents to appear at their "auditions" to make it look for real. These agents are just as BAD for accepting money from such a con merchant as Helene. They operate the same way another scam in Beverly Hills operates called "Visionaire" and "Spectrum Management" and "Bambini L.A.". Watch out for these places too! They just want your money for marked up pictures that you are NOT required to have, regardless of what THEY tell you!

I am in the Public Relations field and know many people that have been "ripped off" by International Creative Artists(ICA) and Helene Goldnadel. She is a scam artist!!!!!! In their advertising, they claim to have offices in Milan, Tokyo, London, New York, etc., etc. It's a lie. The woman in their advertising, Magdalena, is a partner in the business. She's done ONLY extra work. This woman appears at all of the ICA so called "auditions" to convince people to pay for photos! Another photo-mill! That's all we need in Califonia!! How creative Helene!!!!! She was scamming away in New York before Los Angeles. She need's to be NAILED by authorities!!!!! They are trying to act like a talent agency...with NO LICENSE!!!!!!! Their charging up to thousands of dollars on pictures for babies!!!!! Babies...how can Helene sleep at night! Everyone should complain to the newspapers she advertises in. They will pull her ad's!!!!!! ICA kind of sounds like "ICA" in Beverly Hills, a legit agency. Is this just a coincidence!!!!! I think NOT!!!!! Their website claims to prospective franchisees that they can make "millions" scamming people!!!!!! Helene used to work at JRP (Surprise!) From one scam to another!!!!! I urge EXTREME CAUTION when dealing with ICA in Irvine, CA and Helene Goldnadel!!!!!!!!!! What out for her!

I can see why the John Robert Powers or any of these franchised school owners or managers would fill out this slenderous report about myself and my company. Those various schools, all have in commun the same type of owners, that is someone with some money who went to JRP, or Barbizon, or John Casablanca, and bought a franchise allowing them to sell classes.They are not required to have any industry background or knowledge, and that would be why one of those owners had once approached me to be a consultant to him and his company and teach them what SAG is , and AFTRA etc...! Up till now none of the people that I met coming from any of those franchised school, got representation in the industry. I believe the reason is that the owners of those franchises, do not come from an industry background, and are just licensed to sell classes. Neither do they have working relationships with any agents, casting directors, managers. Such relationships are created throughout the years, and I for one, have been able to create such strong working relationships because I was an SAG and AFTRA agent for ten years. Whomever wrote these three reports on this site about my company and myself, I now understand, is probably somebody from one of those places, and is quite upset that there is a place in California, where people are trained by teachers from industry backgrounds, with proper credentials, and that receive a high salary from International Creative Artists. I have been and am commited to having excellent classes taught at our Academy. Of course that pertains to compensating such coaches top dollars, which those franchised school refuse to pay. I am also very much at stand for my talent, our approach is very "jobs oriented", with the constant goal of getting my clients out and working, by putting them in front of the proper representation.
I think it is ludicrous that any of these schools, including the one that has been filling out these reports, may think of us as their competition! We are in a different business all together. Thank you.

Helene Goldnadel makes large claims about her success in the business, claiming to have helped thousands on the east coast. Last year, she went to work at John Robert Powers, as a salesperson, engaged in selling modeling and acting classes. She left the firm and to everyone's surprise, immediatley opened her own business within close proximity of John Robert Powers. She copied their motto and had to to be told by corporate counsel to stop immediately, she copied their paperwork, their brochures, and slanders the employees of the firm she chose to immitate. In checking with the IMDB, her producers credits are no where to be found. She is a John Robert Powers wannabe training facility - with no real successes to speak of. Her so called model success story of Magdalena Zielinska is also a lie. Magdalena is a friend of her's - would pick her up at John Robert Powers and attended their scouting events - in an effort to figure out the business and try to duplicate it. My child attends John Robert Powers - they have been around for over 80 years - they have major agents, casting directors and film producers on site. This woman's credibility is a big question mark - because the unethical way she conducted herself while working at John Robert Powers, posing to be a talent scout and then left with the intention of opening her own business - is just plain digusting. She met my child. I know this information first hand. Run in the other direction. There is nothing international or creative about this group.

Zazou Model Mgt. ceased activities when I stopped being an agent to get into the production end of things. Through Zazou, I have helps thousands of talented people get work. Also through the SAG and Aftra franchised agency Goldnadel Inc which I owned.
It's great that only three people out of all the people that I have helped would place a complaint which this site! Thousands of people on the East coast and here in LA through International Creative Artists.
Before Zazou Inc discontinued activities, All the services got delivered, and the talent were sent to other agencies, to contineu their activities in the industry. Now as far as these three complaints, I have no qualm that they may be people that got turned down, and did not pass an audition, or people that simply did not book the auditions they went out on.
There is a question of preference, some one books the audition, if you don't book the job, I cannot be held responsible.
