Purchaes a simple wall clock for $60 and it failed to work after 2 months.

We're sorry to hear that your recent order did not meet your expectations.

Our return policy allows customers to return unused Zazzle products for any reason within 30 days from the date the order is received.

However, certain legal & processing restrictions of our financial institution prohibit us from being able to offer a refund, credit or replacement beyond that 30-day window.

Unfortunately, once that time has lapsed, we are no longer able to honor requests for a Return Authorization.

Hello, I purchased a clock from Zazzle on July 18, 2013. It worked fine for about 2 months. Then, it needed a new battery every 2 weeks. Now, it no longer works at all. Can you help me? Thanks.
