I joined Zbiddy in hopes of winning some awesome prizes. I won a Mystery Auction and the prize was listed as having a value of $24.99. I received a cheap, discolored necklace that I would not pay a penny for. I contacted Zbiddy by phone to tell them how disappointed I was with my prize and they gave me some bids back and gave me a choice of gift cards to choose from. I was very pleased with their offer. That was over 2 months ago and i still have not received the card. I chatted online with a staff member today and she said the card was shipped out yesterday. I will update if the card is received. I bid on a $25.00 Panera Gift Card and won the auction. When I went to pay for the auction it showed that I won a subscription to a Men's Fitness magazine. I was in the Gift Card category. I emailed Zbiddy as the chat was unavailable and they never responded to several of my emails. When I chatted with the staff member today she said it was impossible that Zbiddy had a glitch in their system. Zbiddy is NOT one of the better Penny Auction websites. Some of their auction are capped and go on endlessly. And by the time you win an auction you might as well pay full price for the item. That is why I believe the Panera Gift Card was switched to a Men's Fitness magazine-I won the Panera Card for .37 cents. Beware of this website-they are a rip off
