Oh My God.... I was having a problem with my password getting into my account so sent for a new password reset.  After three attempts it still didn't work. I emailed asking for any ideas as to why it didn't work. Received a smart assed email that made me read it two or three times. I said Hey - just do your job and fix the problem.  Then it started.  I received about 30 emails in an hour - telling me to F off, calling me the C word, then the phone calls started.

Calls that can only be described as total lunatic, off balance, crazy in the middle of a severe breakdown MAD - screaming obscenities, abusive and the most degrading disgusting things I have ever  heard. My 16 yr old son took the phone as he could hear the screaming across the room - when he told Scott to settle down - he was told that Scott would "ram his co,,,k down his throat" and then proceeded back to the big C words.....

When I advised I was reporting to police - which I did as I had taped all the calls - he then emailed me saying I should leave him alone as he was scared of me and scared for his life.....WTF.

Now all of my emails to my website are going to him - I know because I tested it and sent myself an email and it went straight to him - he replied.  I am determined to shut this jerk down and intend to charge him with anything and everything that I can.  He advised me by email he was going to hack into my sites - which he now has = and destroy everything on my webpages and my business and my reputation

All I wanted was a password. Every email to Zen Cart goes to this idiot.  DO NOT USE ZEN CART - what a joke.

Scott Zen Cart Pros Beware!

For those who want know I'm pretty sure his real name is Jason Arter, Mill Creek Washington.  This is what his fax number comes up registered to.

I hired this guy to build me a web site and he is a complete maniac!  He slammed me for any question I would ask and belittled me for bothering him. 

I knew I shouldn't have gone with him but I just thought he was a little cocky at first. Then when he got his money he was a complete whacko! 

I would mention something I didn't like about what he was doing and he would reply with something like "It's your business...if you want to run it half assed go ahead and If I asked him how to do a certain task he would reply...well, it's not rocket science. 

I agreed to use him for a hosting service and it was a huge mistake.

This guy is  a loose cannon.  I was worried he would just shut my site down.  After the site was all up and running it went down about a week later and was down for more than 24 hours.  I emailed him and asked what was causing it to go down and he never replied.  It remained up and down for the rest of that week and he never answered my emails or phone  calls.

I contackted another hosting service that was reputable and they were able to pull the rug out from under him without him knowing what hit him.

After they were in complete control I asked him to confirm that he would no longer bill me the monthly 5.75 charge for hosting services and to my surprise he did do that.

This guy needs to see a shrink as soon as possible. 

I would never recommend him to anyone.  He claims he is never wrong but he was wrong about so many things he did on my site I can't begin to tell what they were.

My new guy has removed junk from my site that Scott (not his real name by the way) insisted I needed to have it and the site was so redundant that it was almost impossible to navigate.

It is now streamlined and perfect.

Spend a little more money and avoid this jerk.  He was nothing but trouble for weeks and weeks.

Wow - that was the most obviously self written "rebuttal" I have ever seen and wouldn't be at all surprised if it was written by this crazy person who works for Zencart.... unless of course Scott has started taking Prozac to quell his psychotic rages.....

I am a recent customer of Scott at Zencartpros.com, and i didnt read the ripoffreport.com postings until after i on boarded with him to create my website. At first i was terrified, scared i would be the next person in line to feel his wrath. I made sure to come on to rebut these allegations because i am happy to report my website is finished and complete, looks GREAT, and my experience with Scott was nothing but professional.

Website development work is tough on multiple levels, from not being able to be face to face with your developer, to the knowledge level difference between you and the developer. At first i fought back on things i didn't agree with, and we somewhat butted heads. But it wasn't long until i realized that with developers you must stand back a little and let them do their magic, as his knowledge is ten fold in comparison to mine.

Initial hesitation lead to profound happiness that i stuck by his side. He was easily the most prepared and smartest of the developers i have encountered. He went out of his way to not only make sure the website was formatted and developed correctly, but also took time to teach me about eCommerce and marketing strategy. This in itself was worth every penny i sent to him.

After my experience with Scott, i re-read all of these reports and decided that this was not right. The picture painted on this site is very far from the person i worked with. These ripoffreports are one sided, and will usually surface when a customer didnt get what they wanted. I have a feeling the customers themselves were not prepared to work with a professional in this field. They became overwhelmed and decided to fire back at him with these posts.

I 100% support Scott and the work he does and will recommend him to anybody opening an online retail business. In 3 days of launch we have over 3000 hits and the site is completely functioning and looks above and beyond all of our competitors. Was it an easy process? NO it will never be when you are working in this field, it is a difficult field and you must roll with the punches to get where you need to be. This guy is legit, and i cant wait to continue working with him moving forward.
