The eyeglasses I ordered were received bent and found one of the lens had fallen out when package was opened. (even though glasses were in hard plastic case)

After reinstalling the lens and trying the glasses on I could not believe how far off the prescription was. The glasses were complete junk. When I went to the online site for Zenni Optical, no customer service number was listed.
