When I called AT&T as well as the number listed on the bill for inquiries 1-888-502-0734, neither were able to tell me how the call I made ended up through Zero Plus Dialing. An AT&T representative agreed that this was ridiculous but told me that I had to deal with Zero Plus Dialing regarding billing.
When I called on several occasions, several representatives of Zero Plus Dialing told me that I must have mis-dialed and THOUGHT that I was dialing 1-800-COLLECT as if I don't know how to dial a phone number! Then the reps are always in a rush to get me off of the phone telling me that they have other calls
If you Google Zero Plus Dialing you will see nothing but complaints about this company.
I am not at all done disputing this company or this matter.
