Zingo.com, Mix Up With United Financial Mortage No Credit is needed, Zero Money Down, $199.00 starts the title search San Diego, Santa Monica California

I got a call on 10/10/08, the woman states her name was Amy, she called to inform me of a website. credit education resourse.com. She informed me that I can obtain a mortagae with her company throught a finance company called United Financial Mortagae. I would need to pay them $50 per month for 12 months for a total of $600, which will be retuned back to me when I get the loan through Financial Mortagae company. Amy stated that she would send me a websit address to get started. I never heard from her again until......

I was on Craigslist today, 10/11/08, looking for homes to rent, I found a listing that stated "Zero Money Down, No Credit is needed. There was a phone number 1-800-520-9638. I called the number and low and behold Amy, answers the other line, this time she she is now ... Zingo.com. She states to me this company offers the great opportunity for anyone to take offer pre-forclosed homes, and not base on your credit only on your income. She states to qualify you have to make twice the amount of the mortagae, I would have to provided a $199.00 over the phone with my visa card. I explained to her that I wanted to see what the company had to offer in the area I was looking to live, Amy states she has over 2000, home is the Laveen area of Arizona, but she need the $199.00 up front for the title search and to provide me with the data base view property listing. I told her I was not comfortable giving out my credit card or bank card information over the phone. She provided me with the web address of WWW.zingo.com, internet explore was unsuccessfull in finding the address after several tries, I then went to Yahoo, who found this address and information about it being a scame. So while I still had Amy, on the phone I explained that internet explore was unable to locate the address but did provide the address of a Kids Zone, for taking blood test, she stated no that is not the correct websit, I explained to her that Yahoo, located her address and it states that WWW.Zingo.com, is a scam, she hung up on me ASAP...

I am sending this information today because what she was trying to feed me sound wonderful, people with less than less good credit would have the opportunity to purchase a house through taking over the mortgated for $199. for the service and the first months rent....

Please find these people and prevent them from giving false hope to take all or some or many of peoples income, banking account, reunion credit and much much more. I was not a victime in this scam, but I could see myself as being one, if their is no stop to this abuse and robbery. I think the laws should be harsher to robbery or white colar crime, and they should be publized like a child rappist. Thank you, L. D.D, Arizona.
