When I checked the site during the trial period, the company had my home address and home nimber on the business site rather than the business address and phone number. I called immediately to cancel the trial period and they talked me into giving themanother try for 30 more days. Once again, they put my HOME number on the site.
With several more days to go, I called to cancel, but they had already billed my phone company. They billed before the trial period was even up. I've called threee times now to get the cahrge reversed. They promised they would take care of it, but 5 days later I was billed again by my phone company.
I am outraged. I took a chance on this company because I had a 30 day free trial and my business is in a slump. Now they are outright stealing money from me and the phone company can not put a stop on it. I don't understand why not and don't know how to stop it.
Anyone have advice out there?
