These are promises they make: 1. 7 days later, 5 attempts will be made to inform what has been done - do not count on them, they will state that they called but no details of calls will be disclosed. 2. 15 days later, mid-month report will be sent - never received them, call them if you don't receive it. 3. 22 days later, sponsored advertizing starts - make sure you call them to show it to you. 4. 30 days later, they will charge you 49.95 a month regardless of their performance or promises. When I called to discuss 2 issues; 1. the account manager gave me a wrong ending date (supposedly 10/4 but was told 11/4) of trial period, 2. I received no messages, calls nor reports, basically I received nothing nor any new customer ever mentioning ZipWeb, - yes we ask every new client where they found us - yet if you ask for refund, they will say "I can play back the recording of your acknowledgement". They are super sweet when they want the business but if you are not going to continue their services, they are totally careless. Where is the business moral? California is known for legal disputes but if customer has received no value for what was promised to be performed, I can express dissatisfaction and deserve good explanation, not "who cares, you signed it!"
