After waiting for another hour, I called them again and I was shocked with their answer "sorry we are not coming". And I asked what's the reason and why you didn't informed me earlier. They only said sorry and we won't be able to make it and disconnected the line.
So finally I called my insurance comp Progressive again and told them about the incident and then they arrange a different towing company and thank God it arrived within 15 minutes
Now my car is fixed but still I want to complain against Zores Towing Inc and I also called them but no one is responding on this incident. I want them to compensate for this.
