A City Discount Sold me a Nemco Steamer that does not work Norcross Georgia

I purchased a Nemco 6600 power shot from them. Received it used it for 1 hour just to find out it didnt do what they claim it does. Flour tortillas still cold in center. I called them back and they told me they would not take it back becasue it was probably a bad unit. They made me take it to the local repair shop to check it like if i had the time!!

After they did there inspection on the unit they said there was nothing wrong with it. So i told them that i was using it the way they advertise it to warm up tortillas. Then they said how many do you put at a tine? i said to them 12 just like the picture shows that its faster this way. Now they are telling me to warm up one at a time. This was such B.S> becasue the reason i bought it in the first place was becasue it would save me time on warming up tortillas. One at a time was ridiculous.

So i rerquested to have it picked up and returned for a crediyt or my money back atleast. Well they wont take it back or give me my money back. So now i am stuck with a $900 unit that i cant use just becasue they dont take back used equipment. This is ridiculous i used it for 1 hour and now thats there excuse.

I will tell all my restaurant owner frined not to buy from this compny att all. They are a ripe off.
