DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...THE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE THAT IS PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE IS THIER EMPLOYEE ADAM THAT DID ALL THIS WORK THAT WAS ILLEGAL IN THIS HOUSE... I RENTED AN ILLEGAL CONVERSION... THE HARRASSMENT AND PAIN AND SUFFERING ME AND MY FRIEND HAVE HAD TO ENDURE AS A RESULT OF THIS COMPANIES EMPLOYEE IS UNBEARABLE... NOW THEY ARE ATTACKING US ME AND MY ROOMMATE WHO HAS CANCER... THEY ARE BANGING ON OUR DOOR CALLING US PSYCHO CRAZY B****** AND TELLING US TO TAKE OUR MEDICATION WHEN THE ELECTRIC IN THIS HOUSE AND THE AIR CONDITIONERS HE PUT IN THIS HOUSE ARE ILLEGAL AND NOT SAFE ELECTRICALLY...I LIVE PACKED READY TO RUN IN CASE OF A FIRE... HE HAS CAUSED SO MUCH TROUBLE FOR ME AND MY FRIEND WITH CANCER THAT I AM GOING TO NEED MEDICATION TO DEAL WITH THE DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY OF BEING PUT THROUGH THIS NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO EVICT US FOR NON PAYMENT OF OUR RENT WHICH IS NOT TRUE... AND MAKE US LOOK LIKE DEAD BEATS... sorry no caps lock ... but i am upset... i am sick from smelling sewage gases... i am not crazy .. i don't take any medication... i work for a living just like these poor schleps... i work too and deserve to live my life in peace... i tried my best to talk to this guy and his family but they are not flexible and just call me a crazy b***h... so i took to the internet to warn other people in my community of the dangers of hiring people who don't know you need a permit and do not abide by the city rules.. and i am not able to work now because of this guys negligence, ... who did he think he was installing an illegal air conditioner and hooking it up to electric in my apartment where i pay rent and take care of a cancer patient... we meaning me and my friend were getting sick in here... instead of helping us..they called us crazy and started stealing our mail and cable services and threatening us and now they put up camera to catch me being crazy but all i am doing it sitting here on my computer contacting city officials all day long... and i can't work because i am sick from smelling the sewer and if i plug in my microwave the house could burn down. every agency in Hollywood is involved in this case... even the home owner slash slum lord is doing fraud.. no license and they did a quick claim deed after they got caught violating the city ordinance to avoid having to pay for this... and AMI Air conditioning is parked right in front of the house... and it too is being cited for a code violation... understand hiring this company to do any work in your home could result in the same thing i am going through... this is no joke... i am scared to death of this man...i don't know what he is going to do to me next i have a brand new jeep in my drive way and i am sure they are going to tamper with my vehicle... i mean what is next...??? ... this is living hell on earth... thanks ami for making it all possible and keeping these cronies in a job so they have money to continue terrorizing the neighborhood... me and my friend don't deserve this... this man came to my house we are neighbors... he asked me how much i pay for rent and said he wanted his friend to move in to my apartment... but his friend did not have first last and security.. right now i am trying to get out of this house and get my cancer patient out of here before get even more sick or more terrorized... understand that i cant even get in my car and i am not safe this guy is my neighbor i rented this apartment with no knowledge that it was illegal.. he knew... but I didn't you can see where they complied with the city back in august of 2015 which lead me to believe that house was legal and my apartment was ok to rent.. but next all i smelled is the sewage and waiting for everything i own and picture of my babies and all that can't be replace to burned to a crisp... PEOPLE YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMS BEFORE YOU ARE VICTIMIZE LIKE ME... I CAN'T GET OUT OF HERE SOON ENOUGH...

Trust me I will be the first order of business for our new mayor... and the commisioners..and code enforcement and now the Tresury and more agencys are being contacted everyone of them...

I also had my mail held at the post office... we share a mail box with this thief and he was stealing my mail... calling me crazy... did all kinds of research on me and can tell you my 86 year old mothers name and had  never met her before which means he is stalking me too in the internet...

I also had to pay for a storage unit for all my stuff bedding and all so now we are into severe deprivation living in squaller... with bedding on the floor and my friend has 3 different kinds of cancer and paid 875 875 900 deposit to move in here and had to move his stuff out as soon as he paid his rent for the first time and they are telling him to GET OUT he is crazy and i am crazy...

Our cancer patient that lives here has been in the emergency room twice since we lived here from long term exposure to sewer gases...we are not contractors we are telemarketers... and didn't know what was happening to us but we were getting sick...dizzy nausea couldn't eat the smell was disgusting... it smells like sewage in this house all day every day... we can't move qucik enough but now they are saying we didn't pay our rent and they filed a law suit against us to evict us or pay rent we don't owe and if i pay the rent in the clerk of the courts we just paid to prolong our agony... but i am not willing to have an eviction on my good credit... why should this morons negligence affect my good credit and my good name... people reading this please understand that i have a cat and a rabbit... i am a nice girl... i work from home... my roommate has cancer... we have camera all over our propperty we can't even walk out into our yard with AMI watching us... it is very uncomfortable but when you get the whole picture and whole true story you see clearly that me and my friend no one cares about and they just do what ever they want to you until someone like me starts to expose them for what they really are... and they are not knocking on my door again telling me i woke up one day and decided to start to hate everyone and call the city and now i have to get out... no that is not what happened to me... i paid a lot of money to rent this apartment and got sick and started to realize that the work done in this house couldve killed us... we got sick and started arguing... my roommate didn't want to come back in the house... we got him a hotel room for a week until we could get some relief... as of today no work has been done to fix the smell of sewage or fix the plumbing or cut the grass or do anything... meanwhile these people have thousands of dollars in deposits we paid them and we have to fight them to get our money back so we can leave... i have to post another months rent which is only going to make me have to be harrassed even longer...i dont think my friend with cancer can survive this... this man is killing him..

We made an agreement with them to move out on October 31 to let us out live our last months rent let me work and pack and find a place for him.. but we can't do any of that and we are going to be homeless ... he has 4 more weeks of treatment left before he can be cleared for a liver transplant... and these people are putting him in the street... kicking him right out in to the street.. homeless as a jay bird... it is sick ...

so please I implore you to read this with earnest and a keen sense for your own safety... if you want your life to be a living hell be careful who you hire... it could result it a lot of fines from the city and people suffering

BTW... Adam just wants us to go... he called the police to complain about me packing my stuff for hurricane Matthew I was yelling from the drive way into the back yard to get my cat... I am such a crazy person... I just love my cat and rabbit so much and I take good care of my friend with cancer... I dont deserve to harrassed and called crazy and psycho... how would  you like to live like this.... best part is I get to go this guy is staying here to victimize his next victim...

they are doing anything they want to me and now I am complaining my face off... it is wrong and i am not going to stop complaining until it is fixed...
