A one Auto Center San Bern and Riverside A 1 Auto Center TOTAL RIP OFF AND CARS THAT BREAK DOWN, PROMISES MADE AND NEVER FOLLOWED ON!!! San Bernardino, California

Well I am sad to say that I bought 3 cars from these bozos! Heres what happened!!!

1. Bought A Jag S type great car but 3 days after driving off the lot the wheel bearing went out on it and guess what " Its my fault" that is what the owner at A one said to me.... Fine cost to fix 250.00 , Car was great after.

2. A 2006 Lincoln Navi, WELL..... When I test drove it was amazing, missing floor mats, No DVD for the Navi no Key less button, Well all of this was brought to the attn of Marc the guy doing the deal, His response was yeah we will fix it thats all minor but do you love the car??? Well yes, I signed the dotted line and off I went with a 600 payment and a car I love, 7 Days later tell me why in Vegas My breaks fall off!!!!!!! Yeah took pictures and was so so mad, Called a one and spoke to marc and he advised me were going to fix it can you bring it in to us.....HELLO A** IM IN VEGAS???? UH NO! THAT IS NOT HAPPENING, Marc then called the owner and so on and so on, Finally they agreed to fix it in Vegas at the ford dealer, Which advised me the breaks were missing bolts!!! Umm do cars not pass a safety WOW i could have died going 80 when they fell off thank god I was in Valet parking when it happened and Thank god for Geico road side!! So I had to get a hotel and stay till Monday because vegas doesnt allow dealers to be open on Sundays!!! So then at ford the Bill was 900 plus bucks I waited 12 Hours till the never in always gone owner paid with a credit Card over the phone!!! Drove my a** right to A one and B*tched out the owner and demanded all the other things fixed , he said I made no money on your deal and look I took care of you in Vegas!!??!!! Hello No YOU HAD TO BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE SUED YOUR A**! Bottom line he said no not fixing anything else. Humm ok

3. My dumb a** bought a 05 Ford Expedition that I badly needed for work and since I had 3 Auto Loans open A one and there special credit department worked magic so they say and off I drove in a ford that had a bad transmission and no break lights, i mean really? I called that very second they said bring it in we will fix it LOL.... So I did and had it there for 4 hours and was told to come back on monday, UH NO! So I stopped payment on my down payment check and started calling to no end , Then after its been financed by Westlake whom is amazing, A one has a repo guy call me and toss around some BS like the dealership, I told him I do not want the truck and Do not plan on paying it because its broken and A one never follows there word to people like me that are dumb to buy there, So the owner said ok we will fix it bring it in,4 weeks later after calling 3 times they said hey your cars done, LOL REALLY, At this point I called the finance company and told them everything and they cut A one off, Know why??? Because A one will have you sign a P note and have you drive off and Tell you to lie to the finance company when they call tell them you paid us all your down already and in cash!!! LOL So needless to say thankfully A one had to buy back my deal because I did not pay them all the down and it was a null and void contract, Then by LAW I am supposed to get my down back because it is considered an Un-wind, The owner said I am not getting anything back and so sorry, but however if I wanted my friend to buy a car he would give me 500.00 back and use it towards a new car because he would make some money back on the new loan, Now here is the topper on the whole thing I paid my down with my credit card, I advised the owner and all his puppets I was not going to eat s**t and lose my money so I called my bank and they advised me that if the product was returned that I am supposed to get a refund they thankfully disputed the charge and I got my money back!

So If you have to buy from A one for whatever reason DO NOT PAY IN CASH so your covered and get it all in writing. Most of all do NOT trust there service department, The guys do a shitty job I would demand if its broken and you want it bad then make them take it to a dealership that the car is really from. Like take a BMW to BMW not A one auto who sticks gum on problems to hold it together till you drive the 3000 miles and its your problem. I recommend J and M auto in riverside they stand by there word and do not bullshit for a second! See Eric there he will help anyone, I bought an 02 Jag and its an amazing car high miles but so well taken care of and they fixed the one problem they promised, New tires. AND NOT USED NEW BRAND NEW!!!
