FRAUD – SCAM – HORRIBLE - LYING COMPANY I bought a 2007 Saturn Ion.  The car over a few months started driving really rough, pulling with ever groove on the road.  Took it in to find out that it had a major accident that the dealer never reported to car fax.  They sold the car as never having an accident.  I was buying the car for my 19 year old daughter to drive back and forth to college.  I picked the Saturn because it had great safety reviews.  Now I have to sue them for fraud to get the money back to get my daughter a car that she can drive to college.  Do not buy a car here they will RIPP YOU OFF.

False data? Yes or no.

Auto dealers are not required to report to Carfax. This was not fraud unless they deliberately presented you with false data (such as an altered Carfax). A civil court judge will ask you to prove the dealer was aware of the prior accident.

What is the rip-off?
