Hi,

I've posted here before regarding my dealings with ASGS. I'm STILL waiting to get paid for a wedding I did for them back in SEPTEMBER of '09!! I get nothing but the runaround, or put on hold for long periods of time with no one returning to the line and I've had enough of their BS!! It's time to take legal action against these scumbags.

I wish to start proceedings for a class action lawsuit against "A Solid Gold Sound" so that everyone (brides,Dj's,Videographers..etc..) who has been ripped off by this piece of SH*t company can either get the money or videos owed to them and to finally watch the company, it's owner AND ALL of it's employees go to jail. Anyone who is interested in joining the lawsuit can contact me at (((ROR redacted))) When replying, please leave name, phone number, city and State in which you are located. Also please let me know how much the company owes you (money or value of video/DJ service).

I booked ASGS and paid in full (to get the free stuff and a discount) in Dec. 2009. My wedding is July 24 this year. I had not heard from "my DJ" so I emailed the person I had originally been talking to- "Dave". His e-mail, as of May 2010, was not valid. I tried the phone #'s I had been given, and surprise! they didn't work either. Found an 800 # online and called and got a lady named Cheryl who sent me to "Ryan". I left 2 voicemails with no response, so I called the 800 # again. This time, Cheryl informed me that the company had gone out of business and customer files (partial files) had been handed over to a different company. I called the new company and though this DJ seemed legit, he did not have my date available- and I'm not sure if I would have booked him anyway just because he was sort of tied in with ASGS. He knew about the whole scam and told me everything he knew, which is everything I have since read about on the internet. ASGS had a B+ rating with BBB until about a week ago, but since many new complaints have been filed, it has now changed to an F. I hope SOMEONE can track the owner down so everyone can get their money back and no one else gets scammed!

I too have been scammed by this company.  I booked an event and unfortunately had to cancel, according to A Sensory Sound's advertisements they will give a 100% refund no matter the circumstances of the cancellation.  It has been 2 months since I sent in the cancellation form as instructed by their Sales Rep. Dave and have not received my money.   Additionally, my many phone calls to Ryan have not been returned.  Cheryl, who is the girl that answers the phone, keeps telling me that Ryan is unavailable or out to lunch.  When I asked her who the owner was, she told me Ron Daniels.  I asked if I can speak to him and he too was unavailable (surprise, surprise).  She asked if I wanted his voicemail and I said yes, but instead she transferred me to Ryan's voicemail.  I should know since I have been leaving at least 2 messages a day for the last 4 weeks for Ryan and I should emphasize that I have yet to receive a callback.  This company is a scam and I too am interested in participating in a class action lawsuit against this company.  United we can stop Ron Daniels a.k.a. Ron Doyle from continuing to rip off other consumers and/or contractors.

I too, have been scammed recently by this company-and am interested in partaking in a class action lawsuit.  The day before my wedding last month, I was told my videographer had been in an "accident" and would be unable to make the wedding, but I would get a full refund that would be sent out the following Monday.  Not only did I not receive my refund ($500), but I have been unable to reach anyone except the secretary-who ofcourse acts like she doesn't know anything, and the sales person who sold me the package-who informed me I will probably never get my money.  To top it off-I just discovered the company "address" in Bellevue Washington-is the UPS store!  I called, and the secretary said she "is not going to tell me how to get there".I am beside myself, I don't know how those peope live with themselves!
