First they dupe you with a lowball offer. Then they conviently forget to pick up an expensive mountain bike, only to return later to pick it up and do not list it on their inventory list and SURPRISE! It's lost in the move.

Of course by now, they hold your stuff hostage and don't bother to tell you it isn't traveling in concert with you to your new destination. Once you do reach your destination they say your stuff will arrive in a week. After a week and no stuff, you call and they say your stuff hasn't left yet, it will be there in a week. Another week goes by and the same story. Finally your stuff arrives after much bother and bitching to Mary in their office in Plano. Only to discover that it took the movers only 2 days to deliver from Colorado to Seattle. It took 7 weeks for these items to arrive at their destination. Why the hold up? My guess, blatant incompetence coupled with brash thievery.

These people are the most dishonest, disgusting, useless business I have encountered in my life.

Want to be overcharged, worried about your belongings at every step and waste plenty of time on your phone? Have at it.

A Team appreciates all business

AUTHOR: Mary Lee - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, September 22, 2011

A Team Moving and Storage would like to respond to this specific customer and to all of our future potential and existing customers.

A Team Moving and Storage apologizes for any inconvenience that was caused on this specific move.

A Team Moving values all customers and the business that they bring us.

This specific customer was aware of company policy time frame. A Team Moving and Storage company policy estimate delivery time to WA (customer destination state) is between 10-
21 business days. This is because there are factors that are involved on the delivery time frame. These factors are distance (mileage from TX), frequency of deliveries to this area, weather and road conditions.

In order for A Team Moving and Storage to coordinate a delivery, company must have a delivery
address with a ready date. This customer needed temporary storage and received her items in the contractual time frame from the first date that she was ready for delivery. To be specific company policy time frame was honored and was delivered within the 21 business days.

For our future potential and existing customers we would like to share with you the customer pick up date is not always the same as the ready date. The first ready date is the day that the customer can receive delivery at their new location. The time frame is from this first ready date. A Team Moving and Storage does not want to cause any inconvenience and that can occur from delivery not being accepted. (For any reason: house closing delayed, customer travel delayed, apartment not ready, and any additional reasons.)

As regards to all claims allegations A Team Moving and Storage offers top of the line customer service before and after the move is complete. All claims and allegations have been completed in a timely manner. These specific customers agreed and sign on a Release and Settlement of Claim meaning this claim was closed with satisfactory agreement with both parties.

If customers need additional questions please feel free to contact us directly 469-229-0751.

Sincerely,

Management
A Team Moving and Storage
