We were married June 25th, 2013. We chose the simple package, as it included a limo to and from the chapel. They didn't tell us that there was an extra $50.00 charge until the last minute for picking us up in Henderson. The limo was late getting us, and had no air in the back. They did manage to find another car with air to bring us back to the hotel. The chapel had some air conditioning issues, and was warm. The photographer took pictures and put them on a disk. They told us he gave us a few extra photos on the disk, and we were to pick the ones we wanted printed (13 came with the package, 5 printed) and they would mail them to us. They didn't say what year.... It has been nearly 2 months, and after several e-mails and a call, still no pictures. The pictures were of poor quality to begin with, several were in poor focus. For this we paid a manditory tip of $60.00. I guess we should have demanded to see the photos before we tipped.
