I have been a member of AAA four years and have used only twice. I renewed for the towing service.

I am currently stuck on snow and ice in my driveway.  After calling AAA for a tow they said they do not tow on snow or ice. They said for me to shovel it out.  I just went through seven hours of back surgery several months ago.

When I told them to cancel their worthless service , $250.00, they now refuse to refund my money I just paid two weeks ago.

 

What A Ripoff !!!!!!!!!!!!!
