I brought my manual transmission Honda Accord 2006 for a clutch replacement. The good thing is the car was still drivable when I got it back, but when I looked under the hood it was clear - technicians in this place hate cars, just hate them.
Every other bolt was lost, all the brackets are either loose or thrown away, wiring harness misplaced, vacuum lines were cut (or broken) and left completely detached in the engine compartment. The line was scratching the front wheel during right turns. Air intake cover was missing and splash guard was ripped off of the car so the broken pieces of plastic are still hanging from the frame. They didn’t bother to install it back. I have never seen such a careless and irresponsible work. I came to this place twice for resolution. First time technician told me that bolts and brackets that Honda installs are not necessary, he knows better. Second time, instead of apology and investigation with his staff Vince used all his “experience” trying to tell me that splash guard fell off by itself and I somehow broken vacuum line… My advice is to stay away from this people. They don’t deserve your money and time.
