This Company Stole $2700 From Me.......They Did Not Fix My Car.....I Don't Even Think They Opened Up the Hood......Car is Still Skipping After They Supposedly Rebuilt My Transmission......The Car Also Almost Stalled Before I Even Got it Out of There Parking Lot.....In Addition to Stealing My $2700 and Not Fixing My Car, When They Returned My Car to Me The Antenna Was Broken.........I Filed a Lawsuit Against This Company.  I also just read a Google  Review where another customer said They Have Now Closed the Stamford Shop (a second location they owned in Connecticut).......It Looks Like They Are Going to Try to Skip Town and Not Pay Me My Money That They Owe Me......The Owner Steve Grandinetti is Probably Living in a Million Dollar Home Somewhere......I Am a Single Female Struggling to Make Ends Meet......On the Same Day This Company Took All of My Savings and My Last Penny and Returned a Useless Car to Me, Literally an Hour Before I Picked Up My Car My Mom Had Told Me She Has Cancer.......These People Are Crooks....They Will Smile in Your Face and Take Your Money.....

As the owner of AAMCO Car Care of Norwalk I am disappointed to know of your dissatisfaction with my center, especially in light of the actual circumstances. When we diagnosed your transmission issue in September of 2013, you were distraught over finances and needed help with paying for the job. We helped arrange some financing to cover some of the expense leaving a balance of $462.00 which we both agreed would be paid within 30 days. We repaired the transmission and released the vehicle to you in good faith. The next week you brought the vehicle back with a stalling issue. We determined a sensor was required which we offered to replace for you at no charge. Since then, after numerous attempts to contact you and even an offer to pick up the vehicleas well as offering you a rental car at no charge while we repair your vehicle under warranty at no charge, you have refused to respond. This AAMCO center has been in business for over 35 years and we have a strong reputation for customer satisfaction. I've owned this center for over 17 years, its the only center I've ever owned and I definitely plan on being in business here for a long time, continuing to serve our customers car care needs. I'd still like an opportunity to resolve your problem and make you a satisfied customer. If in any way we've offended you, I apologize and would welcome a chance to know what we've done. Our waranties are honored at over 700 AAMCO centers nationwide and you may visit any other center for diagnostics and repairs however, I would like one chance to discuss the matter with you. Your contact number is currently disconnected so I ask that you call me directly.
