This AAMCO location in Fort Myers, Florida refused to honor my national warrantee becuse, I had problems at an AAMCO shop in another state where the work was done.  The owner did not want to work on my car because, if they did not fix my car right, they did not want to deal with me.  The owner has a policy not to work on any one's cars if the customer had a problem at another AAMCO location.

Interesting how you use this message forum as a personal sound off board to demonstrate your abusive attitude towards customers with your capitalization of words and your capitalization of YOU, obviously shows your anger as an unprofessional business person that you have run into this problem many times and not the other way around.  You're so defensive, did I strike a nerve?  I had no interaction with any of your employees. I had no confrontation with you.  I thought you were pleasant with a willingness to help.  However, your vexation rebuttal showed me your dark side you will blow up like a volcano.  When I went to another transmission shop, I heard bad things about your store and that you take advantage of and ripoff snowbirds. You Mr. Hostility don't know what you are talking about.  The manager at the AAMCO where the work was done on my car was fired for his abusive behavior with customers like you who goes into attack mode.  He had a long history of customers bringing back cars that their transmissions were not repaired properly. Those are the facts!  Like the other AAMCO, you did not want to work on my car because, if you did not fix it right, it would cost you a lot money to repair my transmission or had to pay another AAMCO for the repairs.  That is why you did not want to deal with me. The cost factor.  Not some psycho babble about being abusive toward employees.  Your industry has along standing reputation being sued and screwing over customers and their are websites to warn people of shady business practices.  My original post was short to the point, but, you young man come from the generation of entitlement and people who don't want to work and use internet forums as a soapbox to vent and rage, instead of, face to face diplomacy to earn people's trust and repeated business to correct someone's wrong and make it right.   My advice to you is, your temper is your most vulnerable possession. Don't lose it.  Obviously you have.

 Well, then you ONLY have yourself to blame. Its YOUR behavour that has gotten YOU into this situation. Just because YOU have a warrenty doesn't mean that particular shop MUST honor it. YOU have shown a pattern of harassment. YOU are a PITA customer. Someone SO self entitled that YOU THINK you can say or do whatever you want to employees. Unfortunatly THEY ARE HUMANS WITH RIGHTS!!! So learn from this, there is a right way and a wrong way to do things. Obviously YOU have been doing it WRONG!!! Abusing an employee is WRONG no matter who YOU are. THEY are NOT paid enough to put up with abuse from someone like YOU. YOU need to learn this. If you cannot learn and change then YOU will continue to run into situations like this. Ask yourself this, how many other businesses just do not wish your patronage?? Its probably a lot. So if YOU have THAT MANY businesses that just don't want YOU as a customer, wouldn't that be a clue to YOU?? Or are YOU so dense and mean that YOU refuse to change??
