1/10/2015 Ace Adrian Rizzo (A.A.R.) stated he was a licensed general contractor.  (Lic. B 578974) This is a lie. He stated that he had paid his bond and was waiting for the contractor board to show it was paid, thus the reason his license was showing temporarily suspended. He said he was currently working on a job but would be available for another in a few weeks. I signed a large contract for a room addition and paid $5,500 as a deposit, stipulating that the bond and license needed to show all was cleared within the next few weeks before he started on my job. He did not return any messages for a few weeks than notified me he did not want to do the job. I demanded my money back. He said he didn't have it. He has refused to return any calls, texts, emails or snail mail. The address on the contract in Newport Beach is not his. Ace Rizzo is a liar and fraud. DO NOT use his services or believe his lies. After doing deep research I found I am not the only person who states he did this to. He has changed his address and phone number several times to prevent people from tracking him down. At this time I am still seeking counsel to retrieve my money and possibly pursuing criminal charges against him.
